The laptop was great in itself, the build quality was terrific, the hardware was superb, and the software was excellent. However, if you plan to use this device heavily with the pen, I suggest you think twice. The pen feels very cheap, and you hear a clicking every time it hits the screen. the latency is terrible, and the pen will consistently glitch out when writing. HP needs to do some serious work on their pen integration into their laptops. I am definitely planning on returning this to my local best buy.

I love the color, the speed and the light up keyboard. I'm not crazy about the mouse pad, it's frustrating sometimes to click on things. Overall though, love it.

I bought it for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Great deal. She was a high school senior and wanted one for college. She barely used it since she used Chromebook daily for school. Only after several months, the fan made annoying noise. Geek Squad replaced fan and told my daughter there was too much dust. Again, she barely used it. After about 6 months, my daughter noticed a black spot on screen, called Geek Squad again, they said it’s a dead pixel and replaced the screen, left the new screen edges cracked. Compared with all other computers I used, noneHP, this is the worst. We requested replacement, but got return and refund. I do not recommend this computer.

The computer has a sleek design, is fast and the images look good.

Excellent processing speed, with updated technology, such as AI recognition activities. Would recommend looking at chipsets with advanced engineering, like this unit.

Using the laptop for an year. It is working good, but getting heated sometimes if used for more than 5-6 hours.

It was an open box but in excellent condition. Was missing the sleeve and stylus. But for the discount pricing I was fine with.

Great computer, Battery life is the only downside. Does not last as long as advertised. But overall I find new things to love about this computer.

Wow, this laptop is on another level. HP Spectre is on another level, with undeniable quality. The leather protective sleeve that's included is top shelf. Performance is what you would expect from an I7 processor.
