A: Thank you for the question. The battery life should be similar for both models, the 16-F1023dx and 16-F1013dx. The specification for the F1023 indicates "long life", while the specification for the F1013 indicates up to 15 hours (up to 19 hours for video playback). Both units use the same battery - 6 cells, 83wh. Note that the F1023 has a UHD OLED display, and the F1013 has a 3K display. The F1023 charges at 135w, and fast charges up to 50% in 30 minutes, whereas the F1013 charges at 90w, and fast charges up to 50% in 45 minutes. Battery life will be affected by settings and work load (screen brightness, open tabs/apps, use of wifi, etc.).

A: Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Spectre x360 laptop has a brightness of 400 nits.
Q: Is the RAM upgradable on this Laptop?
A: Unfortunately the RAM is not upgradable on the HP Spectre line.
A: This normal because the operating systems and the recovery partition on the drive will use up some of the 512gb space.
A: The manual says to use the charger that comes with it, but I have been using a Thunderbolt dock for charging for weeks with no issues.

A: Assuming you have a 65W power supply, the USB-C port will charge the laptop.

A: The refresh rate is 60 Hz.
Q: Can we extend storage up to 1tb or more maybe?
A: This model is considered non-upgradeable. If you are curious about upgrading this unit, you can contact HP Support or Geek Squad about possible options. It is recommended that should you decide to upgrade this unit that you have a certified technician do the upgrades.
