    I love this new laptop! Way faster than the prior Dell and we've had no problems whatsoever. Also the customer service provided by the San Marcos Best Buy was excellent.

    Excellent quality of HP. Like the screen 's features. Many apps can be used. Protective case when going on a trip. I really enjoyed the blue on the screen and multiple designs to change every day or weekly. When on Zoom the light helped to see everyone clearly. The pen can be useful.

    Traded in a dell laptop that ran so hot and made so much noise I couldn’t take it any longer. This runs great, has plenty of memory and comes with a pen. I wish it had a second usb plug but other than that love it.

    This computer is amazing, the colors are so bold and all of the windows features make me excited to work. The keyboard is very quiet, I didn't know that was important to me until I experienced it. The camera is excellent, loading time is super-fast, and it encourages organization. I use it primarily for school and with almost everything being online I am confident with my work on this computer. I would highly recommend!
