Good and excellent speed from HP and quick responce

Excellent computer. bought this computer at my local Best Buy during a special sale, and it is the best HP computer I have owned.

I bought this Spectre to replace a 5+ year old HP laptop. When it works it has been a good laptop, but it has been mainly a major headache. I have had at least 1 minor/major issue each month that required troubleshooting to get it fixed and now at roughly 6 months in it has stopped working completely. Doing an internet search, I found lots of people having the same issues as I had with NO working solution to get it fixed. Maybe the HP warranty will fix it, but I have my doubts. I would certainly search for something else besides this expensive paperweight.

So somehow i imagine i received a dud as it stated multiple times CMOS problems which ive yet to encounter on any other laptop. After that it doesnt understand if youre in laptop or tablet mode and will appear upside down until you flip it back and forth multiple times. Its great when it works, but a huge headache when it crashes and when it blue screens. Once again though, i assume i just got a dud. Pen is also worthless

Overall, the laptop seems to be working fine however the hinges (opening & closing) seems really loose. Seems like the HP Spectre is having the same issues as the Pavillion & Envy.

Great customer service Ive always had HP products and been very pleased with them. However, this is my first a laptop since previously had desk tops and am finding a big difference between them, Therefore, I can't offer a full review at this time

Seems very good so far. Geek Squad set up Windows, Office 365, Virus protection, Malware protection, and restored files from password external drive. Just in time as old laptop was experiencing hard drive issues (replacement ordered)

It's a good laptop when functional. The first two I received were broken... It is a bit bulky for having no GPU, so I would probably opt for the 14-inch one unless that's your thing.

This was a simple, easy purchase for us. The best buy employee was very skilled in his knowledge of the equipment, and it’s a must to get the yearly subscription to the geek squad. It made the set up really easy.

This is a big and clunky computer. Maybe I should have purchased the 13in but I hated carrying that thing around and using it. Battery life wasn’t good and the stupid display would brighten and them dim repeatedly during the course of using it. Especially when I was doing web based work. I replaced it with a 2.8k yoga 9i and I LOVE that computer. I should have bought that one last year instead. Only used the HP for almost a year before I ditched it.

Great looking laptop and very vibrant. Lots of features. I use it as a tablet quite often and then unfold it back to laptop style. Love how versatile it is.

Very nice item, just very overpriced!!! Not very happy with Best Buy in general, do not plan on making purchases there in the future, unless I absolutely have to.

Powerful i7-12700H CPU chip! Very solid build quality.

I love this laptop. Bought it to run two machines, Cricut and X Tool. Easy set up. The light up key board is a nice feature. Highly recommend.

Aesthetically pleasing, great picture quality. We use it mostly for telehealth speech therapy. One of the best purchases I made for a laptop

I bought this in August 2022 after my last HP product ALSO died unexpectedly. It worked perfectly last night, but today it would not power-up. Geek Squad said it may have to be sent out for repairs/replacement. I can no longer support HP products - their reliability is not trustworthy.

Bought this for my daughter starting College and she is extremely pleased with it. Wonderful graphics and overall great investment!

keyboard sometime no respond i click doesnot work watching you tube i push to watch is not work some time may be 5 time push or click some thing is wrong

This item has not been performing well. It freezes at times, even when using MS Word.

Good so far. Haven't set this up yet but at first glance it looks good. Trying to load everything from my Apple Air Book
