    Bought this for the sole purpose of using it for college papers and assignments. So far it's been good but I wish the battery life was better. After using it for 8hrs battery needs to be charged. Which means I need to carry the charger all day. I don't need to do that with my older Macbook.

    I’ve never had a computer for less than two weeks that doesn’t operate. It was alledged that the issue stemed from sn update…the computer may have lost power, and corrupted the files! Really?! Poor operating system in my book!

    It has been 2 months since I bought the laptop, the speaker on the left side of keyboard is not working properly. The keyboard quality is bad for that reason the speaker is crackling when watching videos.
