    The first one had a screen that would randomly black out. The replacement had me drive 45 minutes each way. When I got home and unpacked it, it wouldn’t boot up. I returned it and they ordered me a new one. I didn’t want to order a new one I wanted to go and exchange it in person, but they couldn’t undo this and it took a week and a half to arrive. This one works, but now I don’t want it. Bought a much more powerful gaming laptop on sale for a couple hundred more, works much better. Makes me think hp is just not making good business laptops at all.
