Great laptop, with all the bells and whistles, amazing

This computer is amazing, it's fast, reliable and one of the computers I've owned.

This laptop was just meh for me. I had to return it as there were better more powerful options for the same money. I was not impressed by the performance especially while gaming and never titles that are super demanding. It was, however, the most beautiful laptop I’ve ever owned!

I like the computer the processor is so fast and very flexible to work with.

Great windows laptop! She’s big and heavy compared to my macs, but this is honestly the best windows machine and hardware I have ever used. Love it! Only minute 1st world issue I have is that it tells me to try and use an official charger every time I charge via USBC. FYI this is NOT the OLED model (wish bestbuy would put that on their web page)

Years ago, after my HP laptop's hard drive fried 1 year, 2 weeks, and a day after I purchased the laptop new and I lost a lifetime of data with no recourse, I swore off HP for my computing needs. That was until this Cyber Monday. This laptop was on sale for the unbelievable price of $999.99. It checked all the boxes. A 2-in-1 with 16GB RAM, 500+GB SDD, i7 processor, and a phenomenal screen and sound system. And yes, it's this very one, not a different color, not a different screen, not a different anything. 16F-1013dx. Full of excitement and anticipation, we bought it. Let me tell you, if you want to watch a screen saver shimmer across the most gorgeous sheet of glass you've ever seen, this is your laptop. If you have any actual work to do, play with this one in the store, and then go buy a real computer. The problems all started when we first turned the laptop on. Brand new, nothing added, this machine was running 66% of its RAM doing nothing. Why did I pay $1,000 for 16GB of ram so you could have your bloatware run 12 gigs just warming my coffee table? I mean, I'm sitting next to my wife with my 2 year old laptop loading the same web page - I'm pages deep and she's just looking a wheels spinning over Google. So we set the laptop down in tablet mode and go to research why it's running like a sloth through tar and when we pick it back up, it's asleep. Ok... how do you wake it back up in tablet mode? We're tapping the screen, hitting the power button, everything we can think of. Nothing. Turns out, there is no way to wake this thing back up without folding it back into a laptop and signing in. What an absurd flaw in a 2-in-1. I would call it an oversight, but this feature has apparently been on past Spectres, they fixed it, and then put it right back this year! Like they forgot how stupid it is! Later on, she gets on an important zoom meeting, and the computer just forgot it had a microphone. Right there mid zoom. My wife is just sitting there like an idiot moving her lips and no one is hearing anything. Please take a moment to imagine how embarrassing it must be to buy a brand new laptop and literally the first time you use it for a zoom meeting the microphone shuts off mid meeting and you have to update and restart it. In the middle of the meeting. No, she was not on mute. We dropped $1,000 on this super-machine and look like a couple of raggedy cheapskates who bought a $100 chrome book with an absentee microphone. Mind you, this is several days into ownership now. Every time this computer has come on it has updated and restarted for one thing or another. Like, figure it out. How has this thing updated 13 times and yet forgot about the microphone? Getting to the software, We have downloaded every note taking app there is, and on every one, when you do your ink-to-text, it comes out like trash. Why is the formatting so bad? I'll write out 3 lines and they'll convert over into 3 different sizes, 3 different margins, 3 different spacings, 3 different formats. It's a to-do list. It can't be that hard. If your system is this bad, don't release it yet. Work out the bugs. We're just done. I'm going to return this laptop later today and now we're utterly up the creek. We wasted our Cyber Monday sale on this incredibly beautiful paperweight. I will not keep this piece of crap but there is no way I'm getting what I would have otherwise gotten last Monday. There were other sales, other equally beautiful, equally well spec'ed laptops for similar prices and those deals are all gone now. I'm gonna get this refund but HP took away my opportunity to get any of those other options with that same money. I feel like HP has just taken everything from me all over again.

Beautiful display and graphics, and while I haven't used it yet, the stylus is a plus. The keyboard and 2 in 1 touch screen work well so far. I wish it had more portals, but it is easily supplemented. It is slightly bigger and heavier than the Dell it replaced, but it feels more durable and has much more storage. Good features for the price, and no issues so far!

This laptop has a stunning dispkay, fast cpu and great performance. Absolutely a recommendation to anyone who does e-sports or moderate video editing.

I thought it this laptop had slot for Pen, but it came without pen slot. Don't have pen holder for this laptop Hard manage pen location. I heard this laptop gets very hot. I haven't had this experience yet. but mouse pad is very slippery . some time annoying .
