    The Microphone never worked on this .device. I have been waiting for 10 days for a box to return the computer and have not received it. Computer works great except for the microphone. Very slim and good looking computer.

    I was very excited to get this laptop. It is a beautiful machine--nice bright screen, backlit keyboard, and a nice pen that is fantastic for just about everything you can use a pen for. But six months in, the leather started splitting along one corner. HP was really nice about it (a search reveals that this is a common problem) and has sent me a box to return it in for repairs. We'll see what happens, I guess. Also, going back to my old laptop while this one is out to HP makes me realize that the keyboard on the Spectre is really clacky and uncomfortable. They don't seem to be selling this model anymore, which is probably just as well. If they try it again, I hope they do better on the leather case.
