    Very sleek and professional. I like the functionality but the battery does not last as long as I would have expected. Maybe 5 hours give or take. Which requires me to have to carry the cord. The corner of the cover is separating which is unfortunate because it is your cannot replace it I know of.

    Got this laptop for my wife because it is an i7 laptop and a lot faster than the previous i5 laptop. It looks really good also. I haven't done much with it yet, just installed the Microsoft office program on it but everything seems to be working well so I'm happy because she is happy.

    I'm very happy that I purchased this over a regular 2-in-1 laptop. The way this turns into a convertible is genius. It's a lot better having leather on the bottom rather than a keyboard in tablet mode. I got a great deal on this and with the 12 month no interest. Thanks BB!

    I bought this laptop to use for recording videos and attending online meetings. The internal microphone worked one time and now it does not work. All of the diagnostics state that there are no issues, but why isn't it working? I contacted HP and went through a brutal four hours over two days troubleshooting session which I had already gone through with the virtual assistant. What troubles me is that there is a push to buy an extended warranty just in case something goes wrong. This is really messed up because I spent over $1,000 on a laptop that is not fully functional within the first 90 days of purchase. It would be understandable if this were a year or two later, but 90 days? Unacceptable. To add to this, HP had over 27 complaints regarding the same issue. Now they want me to ship my laptop off to them so they can fix it. Not going to happen. Thanks. All I can say is they definitely do not make anything like they used to.

    I bought this computer for my wife that is in a nursing program and she has been extremely fond of it's functionality this far. Connectivity and battery life have been excellent and responsiveness to command is superb. Great product, would recommend and or buy again.

    I loved this ever since I saw it on the store and I was looking for a good deal to buy it. I have had it for a few weeks and my only gripes are: mouse is not very good (Coming from Macbook user) and the charging is extremely slow while using the laptop
