One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The laptop is amazing to use as a tablet when needed. I wouldn’t recommend for someone who uses this on rough surfaces and such because the leather surface will damage. I love the leather but I have to be careful all the time using this. Lol

I bought this machine for my daughter,at US DAVIS University she stood out the most when she brought this device She loves it because it is small and compact so it is very convenient for students to study in this first year. I advise everyone, if anyone is qualified to be a high-ranking king, to buy half this laptop

Absolutely love the cover & ease of use and travel

Bought this laptop about six months ago. works fine but the leather on the front i starting to peel apart, also the pen loop is cheap and flimsy and eventually falls off. I don't travel with the device a lot and I takes care of my devices. This is disappointing to see, especially for how much this cost. I called Hp to see about getting a new pen loop and they said i had to send my whole computer in!?!? The loop is a completely separate accessory, why would i have to send my whole computer in to get a replacement!?! I am not able to send my computer in as i need it for daily use. If I was able to go without my computer for an extend amount of time I would've have also complained about the leather falling apart in the front instead of opting to glue it. I really like the idea of this computer but it is cheaply put together and it started to show in under a year.

It's a beautiful laptop. The leather looks and feels great, and the screen is beautiful. The performance is sub-par when compared to other options at this price point for anything other than basic browsing. The touch pad is the biggest downfall, and renders the computer nightmarish to use. It zooms when scrolling, as if it can't differentiate between two-finger scrolling and pinch-to-zoom, and then locks the zoomed-in ratio, requiring you to close and reopen whatever window. Beautiful to look at, but poor execution.

Purchased this laptop after it was recommend to me by my son. It's everything I was looking for. Lightweight, powerful and quality made. Well designed for use as a traditional laptop and a tablet. Unique design means that, when in tablet form, the keyboard is covered, making it much easier to use.

I wanted something with more power and a brighter 4k screen. I had to return it and get a Dell instead. I even got the Dell for less money!

Much like the HP Spectre x360 brothers, runs well especially for the sale price I purchased it for! Love the leather cover and the ease of use! Auto Updates on the computer on almost a daily basis somewhat a headache though...

I really can’t review this device yet. But I am happy with my purchase. I chose this model because I love the laptop/tablet transformation aspect of it. I wish that the resolution was 4K. But it’s purpose is not solely for entertainment. It was a business tool purchase. Full review is still out.

This laptop feels extra smooth with the leather finish. It charges super fast and really works very fast. Overall, I am very impressed with HP, this is the best laptop of all time!!!!!!

Super sleek and super fast. Not to mention the stylish leather covering. People at work take great notice of this laptop. I previously had the HP Envy and had to upgrade because of a work accident with laptop. I am over the moon happy with this light weight and powerful machine.

For a high end computer, I feel it needs a little better display. Other than that it works great and I love the pen.

Nice look and feel. System boots up fairly quickly and is very responsive. Only con is that its a little heavy to carry around in just a carry on laptop bag.

I got this laptop for my wife. It is a great looking laptop and she absolutely loves the leather. She uses it for email and presentations and I would only recommend using it for similar purposes. I do wish that I was able to get her a bigger hard drive though.

Unique stylish luxury elegant device, Light weight, portable unit with a long battery life, Leather feels and looks to be very high quality like you find in luxury vehicles, Keyboard is on par, touchscreen is very responsive. So far, so Good!

First off this is just the most elegant device I have ever had my hands on. I was totally blown away when I received this device. Everything about it is first class, from the packaging, to the leather covering, and the slim size. I just can't say enough good things about the design of this 2-in-1 machine. Looks are one thing, but how does it perform? Well so far it performs as good as it looks, in my opinion at least. It packs an 8th Gen i7 Intel processor and 8 GB or RAM which has easily handled any task I put to it. I originally thought I would use this as my main PC while working in the field, but I cannot stand the thought of this elegant device in some of the places I have to work from. So it will stay far away from that and will be used as my go to PC at home. I intend to use it to do some moderate household work, some photo and video editing and of course browsing the web. Reading on this device is a pleasure with a bright crisp screen. I used this machine to watch the NFL last Sunday, and was impressed at how well it performed. No lag that I could see, and the Bang & Olufsen built in speakers were terrific. I'm also amazed by how much quality sound comes out of such small speakers, this is a very thin device. I've always had complaints about how small and difficult to use the keyboards are on smaller devices. Not on this device though, The keyboard is a hard plastic and is the perfect size. I'm typing this review using the Spectre Folio keyboard and I have had zero missed keys, so far. The Spectre Folio came with an HP pen, USB-C charger and a, I guess Dongle, that plugs into the USB-C ports and allows you to connect normal USB device. There are 3 USB-C ports and from what I've experienced they will all charge the Spectre Folio. The ergonomics of this device are terrific, you can open it and use it like any laptop you are used to, or convert it by folding the screen down and using it as a tablet. The nice thing about this is when you fold the screen down you are asked if you would like to switch to Tablet Mode and vice-versa when you go back to using it normally, a very nice touch from Windows 10 and HP. I am using Face Recognition to log in and so far it has been almost flawless. The only time it did not recognize me was when I was wearing my Minnesota Vikings, Go Vikes! hat. Maybe it is not a Vikings fan? I don't know. But every other time, even in lower lighting it has worked. I have not had much opportunity to use the included HP pen, but for the little time I have used it, it seems to be very responsive. It has two buttons on the side which allow you to program it to perform different functions, but I'm just using it with the default settings and they work excellent. I'm still looking through the Microsoft store for apps that work with the pen and Windows Ink. I've haven't found any so far that have really jumped out, but I've not spent a lot of time looking either. So far battery life has been good, I usually get a full day of use, and for me that is 8 - 10 hours with battery to spare. Which brings me to my one concern with this Machine. I just don't see any way to replace the battery, which would mean that when the life of the battery is depleted you would need to be connected to power to use it, and then you really don't have a portable device anymore. I have not researched replacing the battery, so perhaps this is a lot of to do about nothing, I'll have to check into that. All in all I am very happy with the HP Spectre Folio, of all the PC's Ive ever owned, this is my favorite. It is such a beautifully elegant device and worthy of adding to anyone's home. Yes I highly recommend it and am so grateful to have the opportunity to own this beautiful device.

I really like the unique look . The cute brown leather cover protects from scratching or breaking . Device is very functional and useful. Great price from Best Buy.

A very cool laptop, but the operating speed is not fast enough. If you want to buy a laptop for study, it should be a good choice for your.

It comes well accessorized too with pen, usb-c and usb-a adapter, and a cloth braided power cable to boot. Power it up and you have a crisp 1080p screen, full sized backlit keyboard, ultra premium B&O sound system, and face ID.
