This laptop has been my go to laptop because it has a good processor, memory and storage. The pen works great and I love taking notes on this laptop.

I bought this laptop for my sister as a graduation present and she loves it, especially because she can watch Netflix as if the laptop is a tablet.

The display is awesome, has plenty of horsepower for what I need. This is a great laptop and biggest bang for the buck in the $1300-$1500 range

Great computer. I purchased this computer for College after looking at many reviews and it does everything I need with the memory I need.

Overall, very nice laptop but does take some getting used to. Really, just being able to work with one USB port. Other than that, AWESOME.

This is a beautiful machine. The keys have this soft feel even though they are solid metal. The SSD makes it fast and responsive.

Great computer! One of the few units that currently use Windows Ink. Between that and the beautiful 4K screen, it's a obvious choice.

I read reviews, watched reviews on YouTube and did a lot of leg work before deciding to get this machine. It's price, specs, screen etc. are great. However it took me 10 mins of usage before deciding I had to return it. It's keyboard is ok, a bit loose feeling, but it's trackpad is terrible. The bottom half of the trackpad feels completely loose and makes an annoying sound every time you touch it without clicking. If you search for HP Spectre x360 loose trackpad, you'll see that this is a big deal for a lot of people, although it doesn't happen on every unit. HP really needs to sort this out.

I bought this in July 2017. When I got it home, immediately the plug to laptop connection would fall out and the touchpad was/is super jumpy (even when setting changed to slowest). HP sent me box to send back for repair, which was AOK, but got it back and now my camera log-in security feature which was great no longer works. Tried removing and redoing recognition a dozen times. Touchpad still overly jumpy too. I shouldn't have so many problems with a brand new computer. I guess I can send it back AGAIN for another repair and tried the HP support site but got error messages the last 3 times I tried. I shouldn't have to go through this with a new computer and I've spent 5 months having problems with this thing. I just want a product that works when I buy it. This HP laptop was huge waste of money and so much of my time.

Love it all. Freezes up sometimes but think it is due to Microsoft updates. Like Mac better for updating

This laptop is a great convertible. So far, battery charging and life is better than expected. Pen responsiveness is very good.

Great computer, I just have issues with the facial recognition and sometimes things will lag & freeze

I normally am more of an Apple person but I switched over for the heck of it and I really like it!
