Very fast very portable. Much more convenient than my previous 17" laptop.

Not only it looks nice but it works really well. I have used it with Autocad and it works good even for an 8 gb memory.

More than enough power to meet my needs. I wasn't specifically looking this machine but compared to the rest of the 13 inch lineup at Best Buy this one looked to be the best value. It's also a very attractive design. Fit into the case I had for my previous laptop which was good. Sufficient ports and if you have a USB-c hub you're pretty well set for anything that comes up.

Just what I was looking for. Had some issues with WiFi dropouts. Seems to happen randomly . Easy to scratch so watch out.

Purchased to replace the same laptop purchased five years ago for my college bound daughter. The last model Last five years and took all the abuse she fished out! So much so we just purchased this laptop again for Grad school. Highly Recommend!!

Bought this laptop when it was $1050 and it was a great deal! I really wanted to keep it but I just couldn't. The design was beautiful, the screen was bright and vivid, the hinge was solid, the keyboard had good key travel, but then came the speaker. My first unit had a defective right speaker, as you go pas 60 volume you can hear the audio get distorted and crackly. So, I exchanged and got a new one and guess what... Defective right speaker! The quality control on the laptops was disappointing, never again. Hopefully this was just my experience and no one else has to go through this.

wanted 13 inch screen, looked at dell and other brands but HP is so small with the bezeless design, the other brands were so much bigger for the same screen size. The surface was nice but they were more money for less power.

Great computer with great options at an affordable price.

Having been a satisfied owner of very reliable Dell computers over the past 20 years, I decided to take a leap of faith and switch brands to HP. What a mistake. Though the slim design caught my eye, as well as the powerful specs, the computer has some issues. The speakers started making weird crackling, ticking noises about 2 weeks after the return period closed----and I hardly had listened to music or played videos on this machine up to that point. Now it is impossible to use Youtube, listen to music, or experience the multimedia capabilities of this device. HP support is an illusion. I am never buying from this company again. Look elsewhere for a reliable machine.

I like it. The 2 in 1 feature is fun. The chrome color and corner power button look sleek. I use it for the sims 4 and expansions, streaming videos and music, and for using the internet in general. I do wish there was a slot for disks. I would reccomend a lapdesk as this can run hot otherwise.

Excellent laptop for a reasonable price. Greek squad help with set up was superior.

I had to replace my Dell laptop which gave me alot of tech problems. I decided to try HP and this computer is so much better.

We pursued this laptop after reading testing results in Consumer Reports. For the money, this machine has the needed memory and big enough screen for easier reading.

Has all the same capabilities of other HP Spectres; however, it is not as deep as other 13" HP Spectres ... more like an Ipad version. Compared to the last 13" we purchased, not as aesthetically pleasing.

I was looking for a quality laptop for my daughter that was inexpensive and had all of the capabilities she was looking for. I am so happy we purchased this. It is a touch screen so she's able to write on it to save images.
