Q: What is the 32GB optane? And what does it do for me?
A: Optane is a type of "cache" memory. Without getting too technical, there's a good chance that the last bit of data that the processor used will be used again soon. Rather than having to possibly grab the data again from the hard drive, a copy is placed in the cache. Then, if it's needed, it can be retrieved very quickly. Basically, what it does for you is to speed up a lot of routine computer operations.

A: Yes, this laptop comes with a stylus pen.
A: It's listed in all the data sheet I've seen as "Intel Iris Plus Graphics G7". Unfortunately, the RAM is surface mounted, so there isn't an extra slot for RAM and it's not upgradeable.
Q: Can I upgrade the memory myself or will it void the warranty?
A: A: No, it's soldered. You cannot upgrade the memory on this laptop. If you want 16 GB of RAM, pick the other Best Buy model with the OLED or, unfortunately, get it customized from HP.com. By ikjadoon 1 month ago My Best Buy® Member
A: Yes, this has a 16:9 screen ratio.
A: Due to it using the 10th gen Intel processor (released in late August '19) I'm assuming it's the better late 19 model. All of the reviews linked on the Best Buy website referenced it as the later model.
