Went to get a repair done on my previous laptop. Great great great customer service I walked out with this one and have not regretted it. Exactly the unit I needed.

It is more than we expected. Very reliable computer!

Needed this to replace a Yoga 2 Pro that was starting to show it's age. Plenty fast. Wish it had more usb3 ports instead of usbc. The power button and charger port are in awkward spots, but otherwise this is a great machine.

I’d buy it again. The newer version of windows takes a little getting used to.

Work teaching on internet and have had great experience using it. Took a little bit to set up but once done has worked great

I have had this computer for only a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased. Nice touch to the keyboard. It is a very nice looking computer. Starts very quickly. Screen is great. Very pleased with the purchase.

Had to get a laptop for school and this wasn’t a bad option. It does the job only thing I wish it had was a longer battery life.

it work great. the only complain I have is the keyboard is plastic which make it more susceptible to deform due to heat. The "H" Button on my keyboard is already part sink in.

Nice little strong computer with a great and quiet keyboard, responsive trackpad and gorgeous screen. Will tick all of the boxes for 95% of laptop users.

I’ve had an Apple laptop for almost ten years and getting used to a windows touch laptop is pretty difficult and fun. I love this laptop but getting used to its touch features does take time.

So far so good, this hp is a solid work. I used to have a 2017 hp spectra, and that one got a flickering screen issue. I updated to this new hp and very happy with it. This is the only window laptop that i like.

I love my laptop. The only issue it has is sometimes the fingerprints system does not work, and you have to use your password to log into the laptop.

Very nice 2-in-1. Just the right size. Like the 512GB SSD storage capacity. 8G memory should be sufficient for most users. Battery life is no bad, but not as long as expected.

For the most part I like the computer but it has a couple issues that REALLY need to be addressed. The (X) to exit a page in the top right corner is so close to the edge of the computer that every time you go to pick the computer up and move it it exits out of everything you have opened and you have to go back and start over. That's really annoying! The other thing is Cordona or whatever the little computer personality is jumps in and starts listening sometimes when you don't even say anything.

My wife needed a new laptop because the old one was too slow, we decided on this one and it's fantastic, no lags at all

Love everything about it, especially that I can dictate to it & it will type.

Great value in specs that you get with this computer. Wish the keyboard wasn't silver, hard to see and wish photoshop worked faster on it.

Spectre is an upscale HP laptop category that qualifies for HP phone and online support for the reasonable life of the computer.
