    Startup and shutdown is extra fast. Easy to navigate, responsive keyboard. Only complaint is that the cooling fan runs a lot and can be a little loud. Otherwise it's a keeper.

    Bought it on Friday the 7th of Feb. and by the 8th, the headphone jack quit working. Not at all worth the money. I wanted a different laptop, but the sales person insisted I get this one.

    I've been an HP customer for 15 years but that ended after buying this product. This laptop worked okay for the first five months I owned it (rubber bits peeling off the bottom, stylus broke the first time I ran it through the wash). Then one day it completely broke! I tried to turn it on in the morning and got an endless windows recovery loop. HP is sending me a new copy of Windows in the mail but I haven't been able to use this laptop for a week, I've lost all data that was on it, and I strongly regret buying it in the first place!

    I got this laptop and was very excited. It lastest less than 2 weeks before going into an endless repair cycle. The only thing I can assume is a faulty drive. Luckily I was able to return mine within the 14 day period.
