Excellent laptopTouchpad stops working sometimes though but still very happy with the price for the quality

Works great. The only issue I have, is the Left shift key doesn't like to work sometimes. It's like something is under the key preventing it from being pressed. Due to COVID I am not going to take it to get it fixed at this time. Sometimes it works without any issue, other times its stuck.

Price and Power makes this a great buy. Love using it as a tablet as well. Purchased this over a Surface due to screen size, memory and quickness.

Speed and connectivity are awesome but this guy get hot and needs a lot of space.

I have not been able to actually check the purchase. I just saw it was a good deal with what I read. After speaking to my techie nephew he stated it was a good purchase. Being the top of the line HP. I also went into the store and it seems great. I purchased for my wife so once I give it to her. I'll never see the true performance.

I am a student and this laptop has been great. The pen it comes with could be improved but I bought a surface pen and it works great

Love this laptop so much! The specs works great for what I am looking for. The only thing is that there is hdmi outlet for this that I needed to buy an adaptor for me to hook it on my monitor. Other than that it works fantastic for me.

Love it for viewing videos. Due to light weight it is easy to take to meetings for notes.

My husband broke my old HP and this is smaller which is great, you can go from a normal laptop to a tablet which is a great feature. I never thought I'd used the touch screen aspect of it however I use it more than anything. It's simple to use. I went from a 17inch screen to this one and thought it would be hard but this was not bad. Its thin

Great travel laptop while on the go. Takers up little space as fast. Would recommend as an option if you are on the go allot.

There was one piece malfunction on the laptop. The 4 rubber like material that’s supposed to keep the keyboard off the ground, 1 was broken. I took my laptop back to BestBuy but it wasn’t fixable. They said they will replace it. With all the quarantine and lockdown I couldn’t get the replacement. It’s not a major problem. Just bothers me since it is quiet expensive I want it to be perfect.

Excellent computer but screen.... is hard to see. We haven't found out how to make text clearer/bolder - something to make it easier to see - I have to get within a fiw inches of the screen to read. Picture quality, tho, is outstanding; start up and function is fine. Not a fan of Microsoft forcing you to have a Microsoft account to use - bummer -

Very fast easy set up very good investment for anyone

this laptop is one of the best of laptops u can find in the market. it so elegant and fast.

Specs are solid for this 13" laptop. Use it for work on my commute and as my second virtual desktop. Can run a little warm and wish it had a garage for the touch pen, but otherwise a solid laptop to compete against Lenovo Yoga and Dell XPS in the same screen size range. Definitely recommended.

This was replacement PC for my daughter, her computer just stopped working one morning. We're underqurtine so there was no going to Best buy, she had a gold hp 2-1 so shes looking for one and found one that looked a lot like her old one but this one is platinum and very shiny, this PC had a lot of new features. It works great and it was the last one and on sale i saved $300.00 off the new one plus it came with a leather carrying case!! Thank you Best buy.

This It laptop set itself up. Very user friendly. It constantly has helpful hints popping up and I'm sure there are many features that I haven't discovered yet. Speakers work great. Got the laptop to be able to work at home and it has succeeded without a single problem. Only problem I have is the cursor occasionally jumps without me knowing it. Minor problem.
