I've wanted this laptop since it first came on the market. I'm glad I waited until this year's Black Friday to purchase it. I am VERY happy with the performance of the laptop. I highly recommend it.

Only had an issue with the trackpad goofing up and the monitor going black a few times. Very solid laptop and HP's OS updates seem to have fixed the few issues that I have had. Very pleased with my purchase.

All looked good initially, but have issues with the touch of the screen, In a month machine got hanged as pointer got struck, had to restart my machine.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter, who is brand new university instructor. She has nothing but words of praise for this laptop. HP and Best Buy are smart, building a laptop that is in many ways superior to an Apple (touch screen for example) while also beautiful to look at and use.

With 16GB of RAM, this pc is super fast. The 4k display is pretty spectacular. I have to say that if you're primary interest is video editing, this model is short on the video memory.

The laptop is great for me. I use it for school to do homework and surf the web. The Webcam is OK but I didn't buy it for the camera I just bought it because my other laptop was slow. I love it because it's a touchscreen and I can bend it so that I can use it as a tablet.

I was excited to purchase this computer, I did not read any reviews because there were none available at the time. The computer setup and worked very well but the display had yellow areas that would migrate from 2 or 3 locations. I did a search and found that other's have had this problem. I tried to fix but got frustrated so I returned the computer to the store. When I tried to clear my history / user information the computer would not restart and instead kept giving me an error message and would not reboot. I think it was a good decision to return to the store, there is no telling what trouble I would have had in the future. I had the computer for 16 days before returning. The yellowing of the display did not occur until about day 12.

While generally I liked it I was not impressed with the location & size of the touch pad. I found it annoying when trying to type.

I bought this open box, and I have had good results so far. The only issue I had I needed to reinstall my driver from my sound to work. The touch screen works great.

A visually striking computer with very good components for the price. Not a gaming machine but an overall very capable unit for every day tasks and portability.

so far so good with my HP Laptop, I have great confidence with HP, never had major bad experience with the unit and hope it stays like that. I don't know what to expect with after sale support or the customer service. I will find out when I get there :)

After the sad loss of my hp pavilion I decided to upgrade to the spectre 360 and I must say I couldn't be happier. Only thing is I wish the speakers were a little louder, but I guess you can't compare it to the beats edition.

Quality is Great. First time I've owned an HP computer. I always thought the quality was not up to other products. I have all the adapters that I need to do my work and for entertainment. Battery life is good as expected.

So far this computer has been running very nicely. I'm still a little lost trying to maneuver through Windows 10, but it will come in time.

The convenience of a tablet along with the comfort of a laptop which allows you to flow with how your feel or your situation at the time.

I've been totally satisfied with this computer. It's fast, it's sleek, it has an SD card slot (increasingly harder to find) for easy upload of my photos, and the battery seems to last over six hours between charges.

More computing speed and storage vs. Apple. Personally prefer flexibility of Windows 10 vs. Mac Excellent finish and appearance, better than competitors in the same price range. . Good display. Has been reliable.
