Don't bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it 7 months when it crashed. I took it to the Geek Squad. They couldn't fix it so they sent it back to HP. They supposedly 'fixed' it, sent it back and it still didn't work. I called to try to get a refund or a least a credit towards another computer. They promised to call me back within 2 days for a resolution. A week later they have closed the account, never having even called me back. What a waste of $1000+. They won't even stand behind their products that are under warranty. I wouldn't trust them for a second.

Problems with Ghosting on the Screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop works good other than manufacturer defect on screen ghosting. Spent many hours with HP support and then doing a system restoration at HP's request just to send it in for repairs. HP also has a shortage on parts so have to part with laptop for a few weeks. Would have chosen an HP or other brand with a better video card and no touch screen had I known this to be an issue.

The Phantom is touching me

The second one started experiencing phantom touches within 24 hours out of the box. I returned that one for another. Now THAT one is having the same problem at less than2 months. Apparently there is some prevalent defect with the touch screens. AVOID until a newer model comes out.

Don't Buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop from BB and from the moment I turned it on, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong! Had a super slow response time especially when trying to navigate the internet. All the windows either did not open at all or took forever to open. It locked up a LOT!! Had to keep rebooting over and over. For the price, spend your money elsewhere.....good luck.
