shopped around but kept coming back to this...was a good choice ..it has been a great computer and no problems...price high but its very pretty and does all i could want....also would not buy elsewhere as geek squad is worth every penny to this non geekster

I use it for work, reading, research, entertainment, & shopping. The beautiful display makes my experiences on computer better. I love the speed & memory!! So i bought a second 360 with identical specs. Best buy assistants were both wonderful.

Performing well, with good speed and near-instant startup. Display is excellent. My only complaint is the configuration of the fn keys -- turning off the Action mode in the BIOS only changes this functionality in F1 - F12, so to use the PG UP, HOME and END keys requires use of the function key. That's a small design flaw that I hope HP corrects in the next BIOS upgrade.

Very sharp looking computer laptop with a tablet feel. Fast processor, easy interface to set up. I am loving the speed and the key board is very comfortable and responsive. I had to buy it online with it delivered to the store for pickup. They sent me various emails to let me know when it would arrive. Pick up was a snap and the customer service person was great.

Good but heat sink is not good gets hot with regular chrome browsing.

The HP x360 2x1 has many things to look forward to - a very stylish highly portable laptop with a good display, Comfortable keyboard. It very easily converts into a tablet backed by very good design. There are a few disappointments though, the base of the laptop tends to heat up a little too much for one's liking, battery lasts for much lesser than advertised and even quoted in the reviews. In addition there are a few performance snags - in tablet mode, have to wait for 2-3 seconds before it allows to enter the password, takes a couple of seconds for the screensaver to take you back to the screen. Still early days but definitely with a mixed feeling right now.

I'm really pleased with this purchase. I got it on sale on Black Friday and have been very happy with it so far. Fast laptop, great screen, plenty of disc space. The only thing I needed to get used to was opening the laptop before the power will turn on. No big deal, just kind of surprised that you have to do this before it will power on.

So much thinner, lighter and faster than my old laptop.

Great looking laptop, lightweight, beautiful display, etc. However, a couple of issues caused me to return it within a week. 1. The touchpad had a mind of it's own. The mouse/pointer would periodically go crazy, lower left part of the screen, double clicking frantically and opening a ton of windows all by itself. Tried to troubleshoot with many blogs/users having similar problems, but no luck and couldn't spend any more time trying. 2. A dead pixel appeared after a day and right in the middle of the screen, it was very annoying. Again, tried to self troubleshoot with many great ideas from the blogosphere, but no luck.

Excellent laptop, high quality, fast and light to carry

So far there have been one negative issue with this computer. The screen started detecting a touch near the bottom left corner. The screen would indicate a touch approximately twice a second. I had to hit CTR+ALT+DELETE to get the computer to a point I could shut it down. The problem has not reoccurring. I called the GEEK SQUAD and was told this is a known issue with Windows 10, but the technician was not really interested because I did not buy the extra Best Buy Geek Squad coverage. So Best Buy does not stand behind what it sells unless you pay extra. This business model is unacceptable and I will now shop elsewhere.

I wanted a fast small machine and this works for me

I researched, longer than I ever have, the design elements, capacity, speed, function and yes, the price point of the HP Spectre. The product reviews were a guiding post for my decision and in comparison to the MacBook Pro, the HP Spectre won my vote. From its sleek style and ease of use, this laptop is second to none.

I first bought a this laptop after reading the reviews. There were altogether mixed review on the web. I had to get a replacement few days after the purchase since the laptop was really getting hot. Was not in a condition to put on lap. The replacement although has no issues. I am absolutely happy with the purchase.

I love this computer. Everything I need and the active pen works. Wish they would make a better pen though.

This laptop is fantastic. the color in wonderful for a lady. and it is so convenient to carry outside office. furthermore, unlike other slim laptop, it has two usb spot, which could be used usb drive and wireless mouse. although it is touch screen, however, wireless mouse is more reliable for us to use.
