Great convertible laptop, fast to life. Battery drains a faster than advertised and sound quality leaves a lot to be desired, but quality hardware all around.... if only windows 10 was a better OS

Power jack failed because it's super flimsy. Computer was dead and wouldn't turn on, Got it fixed and it broke again a couple months later. Popped it open and saw that the power jack moves around alot as u push and pull the charging cabel. Also this laptop is super beefy for its size, the specs are great but more power equates to more heat-which becomes awful to manage in a small 3lb notebook. My fan is constantly running now and the keyboard is always hot.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was offered a reasonable price for the (open-box) return. I have had a minor issue with the USB or mouse port(s) locking-up or in some sort of looping state. This is visually apparent by a beaconing/sonar symbol which is always in the bottom, left-hand corner of the screen. When this occurs, I cannot place the mouse cursor where I want it. In order to correct the problem, all I have to do is close the laptop lid and re-open it and the problem resolves itself. I'm wondering if it is some sort of connection or cabling issue. Anyway, thumbs-up for a great product with the latest Intel Core I7 processor...Thank you!

The computer works very fast but it also seems to heat up to the touch

This laptop has a very premium look and feel, the screen display quality is excellent, but it has some serious issues like Overheating even when performing a normal update. Random ghost touch/phantom touch on screen which prevents you from moving the cursor. WiFi network connection issues. May be i received a faulty unit. But it was good enough reason for me to switch over to Dell. HP you gotta do better with your premium units.

Great laptop, looks sleek!! More importantly runs smooth and quick a few times it would close out a program but nothin too drastic. Nothing happened recently and has been great!

as described in reviews. don't move the mouse when downloading, there is a conflict between the mouse and wifi.. hope HP comes up with a patch., The rest of the unit is terrific

We had an manufacturer's issue with our 360 spectre screen that HP wasn't able to resolve so we were able to replace it with the same model, just a year newer. We loved everything about the 360 so the newer one doesn't disappoint and the graphics are even more phenomenal!

This computer has 16GB RAM and an i7 processor which makes it super fast. The only negatives are the amount of heat generated and the inconvenient placement of the On/Off switch.

I recently purchased an HP Spectre open-box laptop from the Wausau, WI location. I am delighted with my purchase! Not only is this laptop very fast with plenty of storage space, it is very elegant looking and functional. I am confident that this will suit my needs.

Hands down has to be the best on the market. Gets slightly warm in your lap after a few hours of use, but I simply put it in tent mode to let it air out for a bit.

I had bad experiences with this tablet. Defective touch screen only a month old. Running too hot and I'm scare it over heating.

this computer is replacing my old mac laptop, what an upgrade! Runs much better and is much more stylish too. The touch screen is one of my favorite features

Got the laptop for school and work. Have lots programs running at all times. Loading speed does not decrease at all. I also run diagnostic software for cars and it processes it without any problems. Would highly recommend as a computer for school or work!

I upgraded from an older machine and am so happy I did. This laptop is easier for me to carry and still allows me to tend to my classes and home budget with ease.

It is working well till now (since last one month). A compact and powerful machine. Pretty quick responses. Great Bang & Olufsen sound. Light weight. Battery life: Not so great, as expected, but manageable. Feel good about working with it.

I love my new computer! I must admit that it takes a little getting used to. There are so many options, and using the touch feature takes a little adjustment. Now I am trying to use the feature on other computers that have no touch ability. The definition on my screen is shocking compared to my old computer. It is so crisp. I am a music fan, and I must admit that I was skeptical about the sound, but it is impressive. I really enjoy it. I have not had my computer functioning for that long, but am loving it, and can't wait to learn ALL of the tricks!

It is an amazing device. I'm really happy with it. I had one problem with the touchscreen but it disappeared after updating the operating system

This laptop is light enough in weight to be the perfect on-the-go laptop that I need for school. The screen has an amazing resolution.
