This is a great laptop. I have not had any issues with the laptop itself but a few due to Microsoft Updates which can be hit or miss but it is not the laptop's fault. I like the screen resolution, it is light weight and the unusual track pad has not been an issue for me like it has for others. Typing has been easy without much getting used to. Make sure to update the firmware so that you can shut off the F5 light when not using the back-lit keyboard.

capabilities of full size laptop in a compact size. Highly recommended also because of size and touch screen or keyboard options. Easy to travel with.

Very light weight and versatile. Still getting used to Windows 10. Keyboard was smaller than I was used to but I like it now. Happy with the purchase.

Having used this for a few weeks now, I am quite happy with the laptop. It's robust and handles all the multi-tasking I throw at it. Runs my Linux VM like butter. I love the different uses the laptop/tablet hybrid quality allows. One thing that would be better is the touchpad. I loathe it and use a mouse almost exclusively. The keyboard is decent but could also be nice to type on. For the money, a very solid buy.

I LOVE this computer! You cannot go wrong with the HP Spectre! I spent a lot of time researching computers and after several of the Geek Squad agents recommended this model I decided to buy it. Best Purchase Ever! I am not very computer savy and this has been the easiest computer to set up and use! If you are considering this computer don't worry - you wont be disappointed!

We purchased this laptop a few weeks ago, and have been impressed from the start. We are not using this laptop >2 hours each week, but do keep it in sleep mode when not in use. The battery life lasts over a week. Very fast machine, graphics wonderful, and really like the keyboard backlight option. Laptop is very thin yet sturdy. Great for everyday use.

Great size and weight. Great functionality. Fast for what it is and a great travel machine for logging back into the machine at the office.

So I went through 4 spectre x360 ash silver, and what a terrible pc it is. I so badly wanted it to work out for me because it is such a good looking laptop but the internals were just too bad. Yes the drivers need to be updated and it is more of a intel problem with the screen issues, but that is fixable. The problems I had were beyond that. The battery life is a joke. instead of getting 12 or so hours that they claim i got more like 4 or 5. sometimes the fan would turn on and other times when it needed to the most it didn't. Constantly getting hot to the point where is was uncomfortable. It even got hot when just browsing web pages at the lowest brightness. The speakers are a joke. I thought with Bang and Olufsen being a good brand that I would get a premium sound, but that was quiet the opposite. I am finally going to return it for the last time and keep my new Dell xps 13.

This lap top is great. Very thin and not bulky. It has a fast speed to it and can be used like a tablet. Great purchase for the price.

Light, fast, responsive keyboard...and an excellent price!!!

Overall, very happy. Went back and bought another for my daughter. A few bugs with updates. Windows updates caused the wireless driver to crash. No ethernet, no wireless, how do you update the wireless driver??? Finally did it with a bluetooth bridge to my cell phone internet connection. Recommend the first thing you do is update the wireless drivers, then check for all other updates.

Love it. This laptop is a great purchase. Fast and light. I did not use the free Webroot because I already purchased another product.

The Spectre laptop does everything you need it to do. The processing speed is super fast, it's appearance is sleek, and it functions great. It doesn't have an internal DVD drive, but so far I haven't needed it because I have downloaded everything I have needed from online. I have even been able to add my wifi printer that is 4 years old without the disk. The only thing I wish I could order to compliment the laptop is a hard shell case which doesn't exist yet since it's so new.

Great computer for the size. Nice keyboard and battery keeps charged for long periods of time. Like that it is slim and lightweight.
