Great speed and durability for a laptop tablet convert!

Lightweight and very portable. Turns into a tablet too!

Very pleased with this product. Nice screen size. Very easy to use keyboard. Fast. Use it to remote in to work while recovering from surgery. Can hold on lap and work or at a desk or table. Excellent.

I like how fast it is and its capabilities it has.

I am pleased with my new HP Spectre. The screen is everything I hoped it would be. It's a great improvement over my old Chromebook! I am still getting used to Windows 10, not sure I like it. Change is hard! The price is a bit high.

Great lap top has great speed easy to use love the light display for the keyboard. The only problem I had was when windows 10 automatically updated. Windows 10 drivers were removed but I was able to roll back to a different build.

I continue to be impressed with this computer. There have been a few glitches : clicking on the left click pad or double clicking on the pad itself does not always register. There is a BIOS update and that might fix it. The computer froze up two or three times-could have been updating?

Everything about this laptop is awesome for my personal use for my school work. The only complaint I have is that the Windows 10 Anniversary Update (update 1607) screws up the audio. It says NO AUDIO OUTPUT soon as update completes and I haven't found a fix to this other than doing a factory reset and hope I can hide the update next time. Geek squad couldn't fix it either. I HAVE to have my speakers for one of my nursing courses so this is super frustrating! When this update happened it also prevented me from being able to hear sound in my headphones. To spend this amount of $ and to keep having audio issues due to Windows update is unacceptable especially when you can't diable automatic updates. I searched all over Internet and Windows update forums and still haven't found the solution. This computer is great otherwise and I would recommend it for sure! Just hope this Windows update issue gets fixed before the update pops up again and FORCES me to update it.

I recently bought my daughter a laptop and a BlueRay player. The advice was awesome - these guys really know their products and steered me in the right direction. I did my research on-line, and then came to Best Buy to actually purchase all the items. Good advice, and great prices. Who can ask for more?

I am so happy with this laptop. I am in graduate school and need to record sessions during practicum... so I needed a lightweight laptop to carry back and forth to school with me. This laptop is light, has great features, and most importantly - the battery lasts forever!! This is more than I wanted to pay but I couldn't ask for better quality!

Looks great and loads up fast. Don't use tablet mode much but convenient to have. Minor issues: the touch pad large and may take some getting used to and sometimes the graphic card crashes when you change screens too quickly. But has always recovered and has been infrequent.

We purchased this for our son for college. He loves it! It is light weight and fits perfect in his backpack. He likes the touch screen the 2 in 1 feature. We are very happy with this!

I purchased this as a replacement for my laptop which although it works just fine, has seen better days!! I didn't think to look and see if it had a Blu Ray/DVD burner before I bought it so wound up buying an external one for loading software, playing movies, etc. Great little computer though!

Did research on the laptop before I purchase and held up to the standard. Great slim laptop that pretty much matches up to the Mac Pro. Great performance

Love this laptop! It is a perfect weight and has great design features. The i7 processor is fast and just enough memory. Would like to have included a rom drive. All in all five stars.

The HP laptop I purchased last month is incredible. It boots up in about 7 seconds, is thinner than my Apple laptop, and is silver with rounded corners. What more could I want? Nothing - this is a perfect laptop. It has a HDMI port, a beautiful, sharp screen, and is very lightweight. The Geek Squad moved all of my data from my old laptop to this brand new, shiny, laptop. Even TWC seems to provide better service on my new HP laptop.

I got this because I often have to do some work in my car and the old laptop was difficult to balance and very clumsy. This computer is great! I didn't understand the SSD drive, but was told it had no moving parts so it was better for traveling. This thing starts up like lightning!!!! I'm still getting used to the tablet mode, but do like having it! Met with a client and wanted to show a slide presentation and was able do it in a tent mode that was great! I'm extremely happy! If it's on for a long period of time I do notice it gets kinda hot on the bottom, but it never affects the speed or burns me if it's on my lap.

I needed a new computer with an adequate processor for charting on my medical patients from home, and this one has been great! This one has really nice visuals and wonderful sound as well. I don't use the flip around to tablet function very often, but it is a nice option to have.

The computer is fast and runs great. It's great looking, slim, and light weight making it easy to travel with.

Very good computer. Amazed by its speed and response time. My computer's hard drive was already crashed in 2 months from date of purchase. Called HP and they took care of problem in few days. They said hard drive crashed and were able to retrieve my datas. Still getting used to touchscreen. It's doesn't feel good on tablet mode due to keys sticking out and they should have special cover for keyboard, so that it can feel good on hand and legs. HP needs to manufacture laptop cover specially designed for there product line. I am still trying to find cover for hp spectre
