I bought this laptop for my son for school. This laptop is extremely fast and portable. It only takes about 8 seconds to boot up from being completely turned off (not just sleep mode), thanks to the SSD hard drive and Intel I7 processor. If you are looking for portability, speed, and top-notch build quality, then you should seriously consider the Spectre.

I've only had this for a little over a month, but so far I love it! its the perfect size for school, work, and personal. Im glad I chose this!

This is a great product. It loads Windows 10 quickly, doesn't crash and the disk access is awesome.

I was reluctant to purchase a windows computer, everything else I have is Mac, but so far so good.

The HP spectre was purchased as a replacement for a Lenovo Yoga. This computer has better combination of external connections including a full size HDMI connection. The micro HDMI connection caused many adapter connection headaches with the Yoga (at presentation sites) and I have had no problems with this. I did like the Yoga but the metal case on the HP travels much better. The built in applications are not as in the way and annoying as the Lenovo stuff is. Overall I can say that this is the best value in any computer I have ever purchased. I maintain 3 computers for my business and I replace them every year. This has turned out to be the best purchase to date. I have actually been able to abandon my full size laptop and travel only this this unit. I would definitely recommend to others.

We bought this laptop to do basic word processing, Web browsing, and remote work functions. It is extremely portable, and the full movement of the hinge makes its use in different positions better. The one knock on it so far is that some icons display in a lower resolution. It is one of the thinner computers in this price range and that sold us on it.

The Spectre is easily packed and I take it to meetings, to family members homes and to the library where I use it for genealogy research. I like the easy transition to a touch screen and have found that I prefer the touch screen much more than using the mouse. I am so glad I bought it. Thanks for all the help by the Geek Squad too. This was my second purchase of this laptop. I had bought one in 2015 and ended up breaking the screen due to my own fault but I was so happy with this laptop that I ended up purchasing it again this year. So far, I am very happy and not disappointed with my purchase at all. Its fast, light and flexible and fits perfectly in my life style.

We chose this over a Mac Book 13. The deciding factor was the larger hard drive. Great for our purposes (email, social media, movies).

I've been using it for 3 weeks. Old laptop had a much smaller screen so this is automatically better. Beyond that, keypad works well, it's lightweight and once I have used it as a laptop, I will try the tablet option which is probably nice to have. Afraid of bad luck from writing this: so far so good. Stay tuned.

This device has it all. Plenty of ports for external connectivity, a gorgeous and responsive screen, looks good and is powerful. The pen input is not as refined as a Surface Pro or Lenovo devices. If you need to draw with your 2-n-1 the Spectre isn't a top 5 device.

Very fast computer great battery life also love this one

I purchased this HP for graduate research work. The processor is fast and reliable. Keyboard is quick and easy on my hands and wrist for the enormous amount of typing required. Weight is about a quarter of an engineering text book. Love the 360 capabilities going from a laptop to a tablet size quickly. Can't complain. It works great.

It's fast and very lightweight picture quality is great.
