Only downfall is not compatible with printer after advised would be- might have found solution in terms of download vs another purchase. Sales associate informed we would be able to use and compatible with printer; however, incorrect statement. Small inconvenience, but great product and memory space for price.

I also love the windows on it and the ask cortina option it could be a little more user friendly i am still trying to figure out a lot of stuff on it and how to navigate through everything i just figured out how to use the video and camera on it so lots left to learn but overall i love it

I love this product. I went into the store looking at another brand and found this computer to be everything I was looking for plus more. The memory, speed of processor, looks and size were perfect. I highly recommend!

Great with just a few glitches

I am so impressed with the speed of power up amd down mode. There are some glitxhes some have resolved. The sound wouldn't unmute, was resolved wih help of tech support. The touch screen also intermittently activates- which is annoying.

Disappointing for the Price

I haven't even had it for 6 months yet, so I think it definitely could have been better for the price.
