It's very good product with many features in-line with the description. But, it was noisy/heats-up and MS Excel becomes blank screen after a long use.

We purchased this item for my husband to go back to school for nursing, he has not started class yet, but the computer has performed well for other work and home use. Seems to be a good buy, so far!

The laptop itself is great but the windows 10 was a worry until the Best Buy salesman demonstrated it to us. We were then very comfortable when setting the laptop up.

WOW this is one purchase I do not see myself regretting. The ease of navigating this laptop is the best and for me that means a lot . Is is small and light and has everything i need in a computer.So worth the money

This laptop has so many problems. My sound doesn't work and the touchscreen bugs out once in a while. The mouse also isn't very responsive.

This laptop was bought in a rush. I made a few mistakes, e.g. not noticing that there was no manual. But it's a pretty straight forward product. And I like the luminosity of the screen.

I wasn't real sure about switching brand computers but the information I had read up on the HP Spectre just made it a leap I was willing to take. It is everything and more of what I was wanting in a laptop!

Very low profile and thin. I love the fact that you can use it in many different configurations. Use as tablet or use the keyboard part as stand to look at the screen. Also love the high quality speakers.

I got it for my first kid. This laptop is stylish, thin and lightest, so to speak just great. And I got it with the promotional price and student deal. I am very happy to get this opportunity.

My wife had one for the last year so I decided to switch from ASUS to HP. Nothing but trouble from the moment I turned it on. Showed a memory error and the HP updates would not install - even after 3 hours on phone with HP/India. After they took control to reinstall all, I had the same problems the next day. Never got any video to run (some other error). Returned it (thanks to Best Buy return policy) and bought an ASUS.

I really like this computer so much that I ended up purchasing a second one. I wanted a computer that is going to keep up with the online school that I have. The Spectre X360 is the answer. This computer has it all, speed, graphics, battery life, memory! It's light enough to hold and read my assignments like a book. Track pad works great, touch pad screen responds great! I even went and played some first person shooter games online without a problem. I love how it has the physical durability of a Mac computer but built with the options of a PC. I also have had no problems with watching videos, Netflix, and Amazon prime movies. I cannot thank Alison enough, over on the West town Mall Best Buy Store in Madison Wisconsin for helping my wife and I purchase our second X360. She is the type of employee that really makes a place like Bestbuy stand out. I really considered purchasing this computer from somewhere else until she helped us greatly. Thank you Alison!

Incredibly fast OS loading because of SSD. The touchscreen response was above average compared to other makes and models. Really enjoy the tactile and responsiveness of the keyboard.

Purchased this laptop for my son for college. One time it locked up and wouldn't shut down. Only happened one time and has seemed fine since. My son seems to like it quite well.

This is the third HP Laptop we have owned, and has by far been the best Laptop manufactured product we have purchased. No issues with all three to date. Great product...great value for the money.

first one stole, second one broke the screen (my fault) and now this one I am treating with extra care. I like the look and so do my classmates, and if no one comments, the stares-elicited says it all.

This 2in1 is great for all the necessities like bills, school work, and just for surfing the web. The touchscreen is a little to sensitive at time but overall and good solid laptop.

I got this for my daughter for x-mass - she loves it and cant put it down - I was going with another brand - but this was the best laptop the money

I use this laptop for college and my biggest thing was for it to be light but durable, and this laptop has really held up great with no problems. I recommend to anyone who want something light.

This by far has been the best laptop I have ever purchased I sent back my top of the line surface book and purchased this machine for almost half the price and haven't regretted it for a minute
