This is an open box item that I purchased. The laptop pouch cover that was included in the box was torn and holes in it. One of the hinges of the laptop doesn't seem to fit properly and I am scared that I would break it every time I lift the monitor. Not sure such issues are normal for Open Box items as this is my first time buying any open-box item from Best Buy. I will hesitate before buying any more open box item from Best Buy. But honestly no issues ever with their sealed box items in terms of quality or service.

The key board as well as touch keyboard operation are sharp, easy to use and this coupled to a fast computer and sharp screen definition, make this a excellent computer. Solid case, light and slim

Works great but gets hot under the left side of the key board when using as a computer at times.

I bought this laptop with little of what to expect as a freshman in college. It has worked great with little issues. As more of a Mac person, this laptop is a good compromise

I purchased the laptop for my daughter to take to college, it is a wonderfully thin and compact computer. The 360 feature is great to use it as a tablet and it comes preloaded with Windows 10.

I needed a light, Windows-based laptop for work, and this machine has done great so far. My only concern is the battery life - it doesn't seem to last as long as it promises.

This laptop is stunning. Super sleek, and beautiful. My only complaint is that it gets ridiculously hot when it's been in for a while. Even just being used for an hour or so.

Very robust machine.... quality.. just be sure to buy huge external SSD's to counter the lack of storage.

laptop is great for laptop-type stuff brah. If you're not interested in laptop-type stuff than this laptop isn't for you.

I was looking for a computer which was light weight to take on trips instead of my 17 inch lap top and this one has worked very well, easy to get out of bag for inspections in airport

Happy with my Spectre x360! I love the light weight and tablet mode. Super fast laptop with core i7 processor! Comes on and off super fast within seconds! Backlit keyboard is a plus!

I purchased this laptop for work. I love it. Feels solid and is very light. At the same time has enough USB ports and an HDMI port for hooking up to projectors. Everything I need.

Overall product is great but now I have a cracked screen from opening it to the easel effect. Watch out..Best Buy won't help and HP wants to charge $300 to repair it

When I would flip it from tablet mode to computer mode it would always freeze. Wasting time I did have in that paper

Bought it for my husband and he has loved it since he pulled it right out of the box. It's slim and powerful with a wonderful screen and great functionality! No problems here.
