    Cortana keeps bugging out. It gets stuck in a pop-up of "Can I Help?" occasionally and requires a restart.

    I had been really looking forward to getting an HP Spectre. I bought this one at a great price. The Spectre worked very well at first. A couple of times I lost ability to use the cursor. Another situation, the PC froze after accessing a website I used regularly. I returned it. Since then, I purchased another HP product (I5) which is less and functions much better.
