    I purchased this laptop to replace my Sony Vaio that I had since 2009 (great piece of equipment) after doing some research. I went with HP because of its long history but I just wasn't happy with it. The touch keypad was not responsive at all, so I returned it.

    I had bought an HP laptop, but after less than a week I wasn't satisfied with the product and decided to go with a Dell. Specially because it is well known for its good quality and for being a well known and well rated company. I use my laptop to study which means I need to watch endless videos, listen to countless material and just this week my laptop started to make a really loud and annoying noise making it impossible to understand what was being said. I am strongly disappointed. I will contact Dell's customer support this week to have this taken care of. I did not pay a lot of money for a cheap product and I will not accept it. I will come back and update my review as soon as I get some feedback.
