This is an absolutely fantastic laptop. I run a lot of AutoCAD and other design programs, and this is more than powerful enough to handle anything I can throw at it. I had never used a computer with a touch-screen before, so I thought it would be a cool 'gimmick' feature that I would never really use. But boy I was wrong. It is so much faster to navigate through menus with the touchscreen than with the trackpad (this is no fault of the trackpad - the trackpad is wonderful and large) and I find myself using this feature frequently. I even use the touchscreen in AutoCAD, being able to quickly select points across the screen. The screen itself on this laptop is bright, crisp, and has a good viewing angle. I also do a lot of typing and the keyboard on this laptop is very nice. It does not feel cramped at all and I can still type at a very quick pace. The backlighting on the keyboard is very nice. I am able to get a whole day in of coding and CAD design on a charge of the battery, so I am very satisfied with the performance there. The speakers are excellent on this laptop, they play very loud, crisp, and clear. While it may sound like I have been blindly raving about this laptop with no cons, to me, there really are no cons to this laptop. It is ridiculously thin and light, and super portable. If I were to complain about anything, It would be that the aluminum body smudges easily. But it cleans very nicely and that is not really a fault of the laptop, but rather of the material. All in all I would definitely recommend this laptop.

The product is really good performance wise and is also sleek and light weight. The hinges though started giving a noise soon probably because of the 360 rotation.

About a year ago, I was on the market shopping for a new laptop that would be portable and decent performance to run 3-5 applications all at one time (word, PowerPoint, web browser, and my online course). I got talked into the Apple Air by an Apple enthusiast. I went home and "slept on it" for a night, because I wasn't exactly happy when I walked out the store. Although I like Apple products, I got talked into buying something that had only a few of the things I was shopping for (lightweight, decent performance, pretty, under $1200, and touch screen enabled). So I went back to Best Buy the next morning (to a different store) and told them what was up. This time, I got talked into the HP x360. Although it was heavily more than I wanted to spend (it was priced at $1600 a year ago), it had everything else I was looking for, plus they offered me a store credit card where I could make monthly, interest free, payments for a year. So I traded in the Apple for this HP x360. A year later and I STILL love this laptop. HP has really impressed me with this laptop. It's lightweight, the battery life is incredible, it's beautiful and sleek, and it's touchscreen!! I can never go back to non-touch laptops. Any other laptop I use now, I'm trying to click on links with my hands. Another thing i love is that I can easily turn this laptop into a tablet and carry it around with me in clinicals. It's small enough to fit into a larger purse, and it has just the right amount of ports for me to plug in extra devices (mouse, printer if needed, external monitor). I can also Bluetooth my little speaker which is wonderful. As long as HP makes this laptop and keeps it ahead of the game, I will keep buying it. I have never loved a laptop like I love this one. For battery life, if I set it to "battery saver" and brightness at 50%, this laptop still last me an entire day at school 6+ hours unless I'm using media like YouTube or watching my lectures online. I completely recommend this laptop!! It is a little funky having Windows 10, but that's the only thing I'm not a fan of. With everything else that this laptop offers, I don't mind dealing with Windows 10.
