    I love this laptop. It's light weight, easy to travel with, 13.3 inch screen is a perfect size! It's also lightening fast to load screens. Love it!!

  • Good looks but bad computer

    The display driver crashes and the screen freezes. I sometimes have to turn off the computer to unfreeze the screen. The WiFi signal keeps dropping out and re-establishing, so it is very annoying because it will happen when you are browsing. I exchanged the first one and got the more expensive model but the problems are the same. Would not recommend until HP fixes some of the problems and has a newer model.

    I'm having the same issue as another reviewer. The wifi adapter went bad in two days after purchase. I hope best buy has a good return policy.

    I have had this laptop for a week and the screen and overall laptop are great! Now on to the negative...the battery life is poor. Not the advertised 12.5 hours. 5 hour is all I get with this laptop.

    Plugged in the laptop, it wouldn't power on. No lights came on to signal that it was working. Wasn't returned, wasn't used. Brand new laptop which refused to power on.
