Extremely portable, light and thin dimension makes it a very good choice of owning a laptop. Have not heard anything bad about the OS yet.

Boot up time is insignificant, and so I get to the sign on screen within seconds. The touch screen on the laptop works great with Windows 10. I am nevet going back to a moving disk drive!

Better than mac

My boyfriend is so happy with it compared to his Mac and love the touch screen features and that is it collapsable.

It's very easy to use and set up (I was a little worried because I am not familiar with the newest operating system). So far it's working very well! I love the 2-in-1 feature (laptop and flip it to tablet).

Very expensive laptop, and the fan is so loud that it sounds like a plane taking off. The device also turns on by itself sometimes for no reason even when it's not updating, and frequently does that which heats the device and drains the battery. The device, unless void of those problems, is not worth the $1300+ which can rise up to $1600 with insurance. Geeksquad is also terrible. I brought my device over to them, they kept it for a day, said they got it fixed, but NOTHING CHANGED. Very disappointed by the device and the service by geeksquad.

I bought a different brand last time I bought a computer and am so glad to be back on an HP. It is lightning fast. Still getting use to Windows 10 but that is just a learning curve.

For the money, it's better than most because you have the service from either Best Buy or HP. IF it goes bad, not a huge loss!
