I received my laptop yesterday and overall it is a good computer. But HP never does everything right. I bought a number of HP products for many years. The quality is generally good but there is always something which spoils the experience - from lousy customer support to faulty software. This purchase would have been great, except... The pen came with missing replacement tips and although the pen seems to be working, I cannot pair it with Spectre. I hope that HP takes ownership this time and does something. If this would be a Dell product, I don't think I would have these issues and this product would have earned 5 stars. Well built and great display. WiFi 6 really boosts the download speed. HP should have provided an easy option to keep the keyboard lit permanently. I don't understand why they designed this way - live this choice with the customer!

Very pleased with this laptop. It was an open box sale but the laptop was very clean and it performs as a new laptop does and should. Only issue was the stylus was not include which I knew when purchased (I would not use anyway). Manufactures warranty had expired when I purchased which was a bit of a disappointment. I am very pleased with the laptop regardless.

This computer arrived as expected and performed adequately. However, when playing a relatively low level game it kept crashing. The firmware had to be updated right away to make the system stop crashing. However , the system since has been working great. Great value.

Love it! It is light and easy to carry for traveling

This is an excellent laptop. Would've given it 5 stars but had to return the first one. One of the keys was sticking within the first week. This one though is working flawlessly. Starts up fast in a matter of seconds and your ready to work. I'm sure this thing does more than I will ever use it for but it's powerful and fast and I definitely recommend it.

Our business was literally saved by Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Our hard drive died and 2 years worth of financial/client data had not been backed up. They applied their expertise and were able to recover ALL of our information. The developer of the program we use told us that when this happens most people never recover any of their data and most only get partial data recovery. We got 100% recovery! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Great 2 in 1 on sale. Fast light and good format for all but movie viewing. Good pen features.

I wasn't crazy about the color. Best buy only sells the black and bronze/ copper color. Functionalaity wise it's near flawless. I purcashed this for it's 4k screen , photo editing and to try some light video editing work. So far it's performed well. No I'm trying to see about parking it up with and external graphics card via thunderbolt. Overall though, very happy with this purchase.

I have had this laptop for over a year now and I am still in love with it! It's light for everywhere I take with me and it turns heads and people compliment on it! Also it is very good in the sound for conferences, music, vídeo/ movies!! It's a beautiful laptop with a elegant design! Totally recommend it!!!
