It's light for everywhere I take with me and it turns heads and people compliment on it! Also it is very good in the sound for conferences, music, vídeo/ movies!! It's a beautiful laptop with a elegant design! Totally recommend it!!!

Hot & Glitchy

It is fast and connects easily to the PD hubs I need it to. It runs very hot, much hotter than the Surface Book it replaced. It occasionally glitches and my klutzy pinky tends to hit the “end” creating editing problems.

Good computer but one issue.

After going through many days of getting the machine set up to my liking, configuring software, etc. I am hesitant to return it for a replacement and having to go through all of that again.

I’ve been shopping around for a computer for awhile. I knew I wanted a convertible laptop and this one is prefect for myself. Whether I’m using it for work or just fun it’s a definitely fast and easy to use. I love the sound quality if I’m listening to music or watching a Netflix. It’s a great buy.

Almost perfect, still very pleased and impressed

The build quality is good but it could be better. I find that it has everything I need and more. Could use a charging port on both sides insted of just on the right side though. Also why is there an annoying light on the keyboard when the webcam is off?

HP-What Have You Short-changed?

One is 3 years old; still have that one. I bought another one brand new. Within the first hour of use, the screen went black for a min. Don't be fooled. Don't wait. Something wasn't right. It got worse. When we were typing, the cursor jumped way up the page. The windows would shrink. The screen flickered. It would shut off and not turn on. Then it shut off, and when I turned it on, it said no networks available, when there were networks available. Then it said it was probably a "hardware issue." NO KIDDING! I returned that one. THIS ONE I'm typing on, I've had home a few hours. I was hopeful that I had just had a lemon before. But,the screen went black. I couldn't get it awake. Nothing worked. It was "on," but the screen would not wake up. HP admitted to me on the phone that this is NOT normal. You know what? THIS one is going back! I read at least 13 out of 279 reviews of these kinds of things happening. And now it's time for me to write a review. HP:What did you cheapen on this very expensive laptop? And did you think people wouldn't notice and think this is ok? I don't think people should have to keep "fixing" a brand new laptop. Admit what you changed, and change it back for better customer review and support.

Fine but I don't like the Microsoft 'junk'

There sis some program that has taken over outlook that I don't want to use and I can't figure out what it is called and how to get rid of it. Computer itself is fine.

HP 2 in 1 Spectre wow!

I tried a few laptops before landing here and somehow HP has just made a big difference in how a pc should work. I know it is the same old windows 10 but HP has put care into making their hardware work with this OS.
