Basic small footprint business class laptop with wonderful 3:2 screen. Every feature I use works great. Too much HP software. W10 Home a pain to upgrade to Pro.

This system provide the best value if you are searching for a laptop for home as well as business use. This system is portable and can be converted to be used like a tablet.

My husband was getting dissatisfied with his ", tablet," so we went to "look" at HPs at Best Buy. This "Spectre" is awesome and he is so enjoying his "laptop time" now!

I got this computer for my daughter. Only negative is that when you are streaming Hulu, Disney+, or Netflix to volume on the speakers is very low when it’s all the way up. If your watching YouTube or in a meeting for zoom, the speaker work great. I have taken the computer in to make sure there was nothing wrong and it’s just the computer unfortunately.

Came on time, nothing wrong with it. Thanks. Just wish i didn't have to buy a separate dongle or w/e just to have 2 USB ports.

This is the second H P Spectre x 360 that I have owned. I like this computer. It is easy, fast, great screen size, easy to set up and is perfect for my needs.

I like how quick it loads data. The screen is very clear and favorite part is using my fingerprint to sign in!

Responsive, good screen, good inputs and outputs. Keyboard is comfortable and backlit (if I’m remembering correctly). So far we’re happy with it!

Overall great product and i will buy it again. If you can have their insurance offer, do so, its worthy.

Always had a good experience with HP, my previous laptop died out after 4 yrs, and now kn happy to buy another HP spectre. I love the improved design

It was in good condition but it smelled like cigarette and had finger prints.

Great and easy computer for college students! I used mine for Interior Design and works great to run the programs I need.

On paper this looks like a winner. The looks, the stylus and the leather case. But there are several flaws. The OLED is a battery killer and on a good day I can get 6 hours doing Microsoft office and web browsing. This computer also runs hot and there seems to be thermal throttling. Last but. It least, coming from a Lenovo and Mac, the keyboard has nice tactile feeling but the key caps are smaller.

Excellent Laptop for the price and when Bestbuy gives you extra discount, you just cannot pass on.

Easy to use, fast, everything you need - tablet use, touch screen, camera - all built in. Replacement of the older version which we also loved.

So far this is my favorite laptop in the HP lie. It could use a few more usb c ports but overall it's a nice professional grade platform

So far it’s a great computer. At first I was doubtful of buying it, but now I won’t change it. Only cons is that you need to buy HP dock to use it

Fantastic 2 in 1 laptop. Higher specs than needed but should help in future proofing. Looks great too. Only downfall is the webcam quality.

I truly regret having to write this review, because this laptop has the potential to be near-perfect. (for me) This laptop bluescreen/crashed on me twice the first day I owned it, but settled down after the Windows updates and my maintenance procedures / utilities. I would want Windows PRO - the next time. Maybe that would cut down on the OS crashing? After 3 weeks of use I had to return it (strike 3) when the webcam privacy button was no longer able to remove the privacy window from covering the camera. It was permanently in the closed position. I tried all solutions in an attempt to resolve this and the Best Buy technicians did as well. No FaceID for Windows Hello. No video teleconferencing possible either. Deal breaker. I wrote a letter to HP customer service and was hoping to hear back. Nothing yet. Maybe I got a bad unit? I'd be willing to give this model one more try, but I would want a FULL (replacement) warranty on it for a year at least. HP does not sell or offer this particular 3000x2000 OLED model, sadly. I was on the phone with them for 50 minutes today and Best Buy is the only place to get this particular model with the 13.5" display. Best Buy - please contact me and let's make a deal here. I'd like a replacement unit and a very good warranty on my next attempt at owning this HP x360 Spectre.
