Perfect for school, love the fold opinion to use when filing out actually post Casie they’re are right next to each other

I truly regret having to write this review, because this laptop has the potential to be near-perfect. (for me) This laptop bluescreen/crashed on me twice the first day I owned it, but settled down after the Windows updates and my maintenance procedures / utilities. I would want Windows PRO - the next time. Maybe that would cut down on the OS crashing? After 3 weeks of use I had to return it (strike 3) when the webcam privacy button was no longer able to remove the privacy window from covering the camera. It was permanently in the closed position. I tried all solutions in an attempt to resolve this and the Best Buy technicians did as well. No FaceID for Windows Hello. No video teleconferencing possible either. Deal breaker. I wrote a letter to HP customer service and was hoping to hear back. Nothing yet. Maybe I got a bad unit? I'd be willing to give this model one more try, but I would want a FULL (replacement) warranty on it for a year at least. HP does not sell or offer this particular 3000x2000 OLED model, sadly. I was on the phone with them for 50 minutes today and Best Buy is the only place to get this particular model with the 13.5" display. Best Buy - please contact me and let's make a deal here. I'd like a replacement unit and a very good warranty on my next attempt at owning this HP x360 Spectre.

Worked wonderfully and then 2 months in the screen stopped working and wouldnt turn on. No issues before then to hint that something was wrong, i didnt download anything onto it only saved my tabs i would need for school to my favorites so it couldnt have been a virus issue. I sent it back and it was deemed irreparable by the geek squad and i am now out of a laptop and about 50 bucks that were shorted from what i spent on it. Id still purchase it again bc im sure it was somekind of accident when it was built but i can not afford it or a device i deem of the same quality since i had purchased on cyber monday to get a good deal and am now being forced to spend more for a good laptop before may 3rd when school starts.

Works really well, absolutely love it, it’s amazing for taking notes and love using the pen as well, totally recommend for students!!

Great laptop for the college student. It was purchased for my daughter who said it has all the needs for her class work.

Fast processor, coming with 16gb memory is a plus.. 1 tb SSD offers plenty storage for apps, games, etc.

Got a good deal on out of box special. Perfect machine for travel since it's so small and light. Would recommend.

Excellent processor and hardware, however, the OLED screen had varied brightness at night when it is dark.

Once everything got settled with the Geek Squad and set up properly, we are very happy With the HP SPECTRA. The quality and clarity is exceptional

Good specs for the laptop. Screen resolution is perfect. Less reflection allows me to use this longer.
