I have only had the laptop for about a week, but I really like it. It has a beautiful screen and I like the touch of the keyboard. It has plenty of speed. I wish it had a numeric key pad as part of the keyboard. I am using an HP wireless mouse with it that I also like a lot. I have yet to sort through the software included, but there is probably a fair amount of software that I will prevent from running in the background.

I like the computer and the tablet. Windows ten is really annoying, especially when in tablet mode (use as pc if you like multiple windows open). I just want to go to start and find "my computer" like xp. For some reason you can only back up and sync to google drive, not just back up, so if you delete on the pc the photo disappears on the cloud. The purpose of the cloud is to move things off the pc so you can make room on the pc. The sales associates in 2 store told me this came with the pen. It does not. You need to order that separately.

I'm not real tech savvy and I don't have any problems using Windows 10 and having the touch screen makes it easier to operate without a separate mouse. It doesn't have a disk drive, which doesn't seem to be a problem for the younger generation, but many of my designs are still on disk and I had to purchase a separate reader. Also, there is only ONE standard USB slot which has caused some minor irritation. I may need to look into an adapter for that too; however, I've "heard" they don't always operate properly. Overall, a good machine.

works perfectly. superfast. tablet mode is very convenient and easy to use. long battery life. i'm very happy with this laptop.

I’ve been using this computer for a couple of weeks now and love it! The performance is amazing and the screen is gorgeous!!!

It is very fast and looks great. But it is very loud. I wish it had more expandable memory and a secondary hard drive.

After reviewing other current models, this is the best i7 8th generation Win10 Home Laptop with the HP reliability for those who's work requires such performance. Even though it only has one USB 3.0 port, you can easily pickup a USB Hub for those other items. Likewise because it has no Ethernet port, you can get a USB to Ethernet adapter or a type C to Ethernet adapter; otherwise wifi is what everyone uses these days anyway. I got a type C to Ethernet/Multi-USB-Hub adapter.

Was looking for a new laptop and found this with the 8th generation I7 chip. Wanted the fastest I could find since I keep them for a number of years before replacing with the next generation... Love the 15.6" screen and is fast in browsing the internet. Only downside is always the price, but you get what you pay for.

This laptop replaced my 2015 Spectre x360 13" and it is quite an upgrade. The 4k screen is beautiful and the 8th generation i7 chip is noticeably faster than my 6th gen i7. I'm also liking the increased screen size even if I do give up some portability. I was able to get this during the Black Friday sale and at $400 off I don't think this laptop can be beat.

Like many others, I did my research about this laptop and I am still very pleased after having owned it for just over three months. The speeds at which it runs is great and using the tablet for working math problems, along with other university/work tasks has been a great resource. The keyboard is sublime and the display is beautiful. If I have any complaints it would be that there are not enough normal USB ports, S ports function great, but most of my tech is still dependant on normal USB ports. The edge of the laptop is fairly sharp, so if you're typing for an extended period of time on your LAP, you will definetly notice it and it will be annoying. Over time though you will forget about it or adapt by not being so lazy and lifting your wrist a quarter of an inch. The PROS outweigh the CONS and I would highly recommend this laptop. What was even better that the day I bought it, the price dropped by 100 USD, so I was pretty happy about that development :)

I have this laptop for few days. I love it so far. Looks great and very powerful for what I do. It has 4K screen so everything is bright and colorful. Boots in few seconds. It did not come with a pen but I purchased Bamboo Ink pen and it works great. It comes with a leather case which is nice. Laptop is very quiet and does not get hot. I highly recommend this.

I wish I could buy a crazy macked out gaming laptop. Unfortunately i am a student so instead I had to be a little more conservative. This laptop is perfect for everything. Gaming as well as reports and writing. Tablet feature makes it easy to watch movies while traveling, and the 4k screen means it will have better quality then most tvs. Definitely buy this.
