A: HP confirms this no longer includes the pen. Bestbuy has it listed wrong.
Q: Does this model of Spectre come with the sleeve and a pen?
A: It does come with a sleeve, but does not come with the pen. We just bought the pen extra as it was on sale for $49 regular $69. Might be even cheaper now for black Friday deals. Laptop is pretty amazing though, fast and very responsive touch screen. It is chunk of change but my wife has been very happy with it.
Q: Is the battery replaceable or removable?
A: Yes, the battery is removable and able to be replaced. However, you need to remove the bottom enclosure that is attached with a few screws in order to access it.
A: Depends on what you are doing with the computer. If you do video editing, demanding (from a hardware perspective) games or lots of complex photoshop work then it may be worth the wait for the improved speed of the GPU and CPU. If not, no reason to wait.
A: Hi, RAM upgrade is Support based on what processor you picked. if you picked i7-7500U(7th Generation) then you can only upgrade up to 16 GB. if your processor is i7-8550U(8th Generation) then you can put 16+16GB RAM in both slots. Regards Shyam
Q: Dose the Window 10 is proffesional?
A: No. The Edition is Windows 10 Home.
Q: Does this include the pen? I don’t see it in the box...
A: Yes! The pen should be included. I had to go back to BB the next day to inquire about the missing stylus/pen. Geek Squad opened a brand new box and handed me the pen! There is also a pen pocket holder on the leather like sleeve that's included. There's a magnet built in the laptop, lower bottom right and the pen should where the magnetize itself... I hope this helped :-)
A: Yes, the 13" version will get the upgrade to 8th gen processors too, but no immediate release date. The 15" version is set to ship on Sept 12th or 13th.
