I purchased this laptop for school purposes as well as a mobile gaming pc. The Nvidia 940M is a great card and the 8gb of ram are perfect, but the overall performance bottlenecks due to the 2.5gh i7 processor. I didn't think it would be much of an issue but on even on medium settings, most games I tested were barely pushing 30fps. I had heard of better performance from other online reviews but just couldn't get it to that same level of performance. Overall disappointing for the price you pay. Was going to return it and replace it with a higher end Alienware but hadn't realized their return policy had changed at some point from 30 days to 15...

This amazing laptop was so well designed. It's any Star Wars fan dream laptop. It's loaded with very cool Star Wars stuff. Plus it's also a very good piece of hardware.

The Star Wars theme of the laptop is very cool, otherwise it is a slightly above average laptop based on the specs. If you are a fan of the movies however, it is very cool.

This intermediate laptop packs a very speck consider the price - I-7, graphic card, 8gb memory, and a 1TB drive.

This PC is great for most games. Maybe not for super high quality games but other than that it should run everything fine

I needed a laptop for college but I also love star wars. It was great being able to get both at the same time.

Star Wars features are nice for a while. But, the red keys are difficult to see except in bright lights. Having a problem with the video functions that will likely require a return for repairs. Overpriced.

Love star wars and the fact it has Darth Vader on the cover. Runs my online game with no issues. Only problem I have is the arrow keys are too small.

I got this computer to do minor video editing and play some games, and for what the price is and for what it is capable of doing it was perfect.

Bought for my son because he lives gaming. Not only can it handle whatever he is playing, it's fast and the sketches are cool too!!!

I haven't done a lot of gaming so far, but it seems to have everything I need. I started college and most of my time is spent on schoolwork so far. With the addition of Microsoft office, it's great. I can't wait to start using it for gaming, but unfortunately I have to keep up on schoolwork first.

Scrapped the Windows install for Linux. Runs Linux perfect; only hiccup was the hybrid Nvidia/Intel GPU. Depending on the Linux Distro used, the problem can easily be resolved. In the end, I’ve got it working the way I wanted. (Linux only requires 800MB of ram to run; 1.2GB of ram with the Nvidia GPU enabled. Compare that with Windows needing 4-6GB of ram; Windows is terrible)

If u use ur laptop a lot like I do and want to be sure that it will keep up and never lag this is the product for you

This laptop has been awesome for online gaming. My teenagers play a lot of Steam game and this has been very good for that,

The laptop (STAR WARS) so far is performing exceedingly well.

Love the red backlit keyboard, the Star Wars themes and screensavers are an added bonus! A must for Star Wars fans
