good laptop however on full charge battery it comes with lasts for 2 hours and 30 min on a single charge. for the price youd think t last longer.

not impressed with build a lot of money for an i7 with 8gb memory, std hdd no ssd. this should be a starship(pun intended)

I'm 64, actually liked the look, it was cool! After getting it home and figuring out the only color of light behind the keys is red and bothered my eyes. The print of the letters on the black keys is also red so those with vision problems may not be able to see the letters. Again probably an age thing but the keys were not soft touch, so hurt my fingers (have arthritis). So younger crowd go for it! Not so much for the elderly crowd.

I am very happy with the copra and the product, not only was the purchase easy but also at all times the shipment was tracked and the delivery was made earlier than agreed. It is a great product and at a very good price, we are very happy and satisfied with the purchase, I recommend best buy, thank you.

This is my first BB review. I bought this notebook a year ago. I was taken by the cool SW theme. The appearance is awesome .. I can't lie. I love the red back lit keys. I love the smooth finish of the notebook itself. I love all the Star Wars related sounds, pictures, icons, etc. The problems I've been having are little things that happen enough to drive me nuts. For example when I'm on the internet, the screen will decide that it wants to magnify itself, all on its own. My fingers aren't always on the keyboard when this happens either. It will magnify itself to the max, or go the opposite direction and get so small I can't read anything on the screen. Next thing. When I'm trying to do something, that involves the mouse pad, the "right click menu" decides it wants to pop up when I'm nowhere near the right side of the mouse pad nor pushing down on it. Sometimes the page scrolls down on its own ... or it refuses to scroll at all. Or, I'll be fighting to get it to scroll down and the right click menu will keep popping up. Just all kinds of little things, that really make me regret buying this notebook. Like an idiot, I didn't return it when the problems first started, but they're much more frequent now than before. Honestly, I'd have purchased another Sony Vaio if I could have to replace my old Vaio, but Sony isn't in the notebook market anymore. That notebook, being several years old, is still superior to this HP that I barely bought a year ago. If I could do it over, I would have selected something else that fateful day a year ago when they were promoting "The Force Awakens" with this very cool-looking notebook. It's my first HP ... and my last.

This is a powerful piece and is plenty attractive. A great computer for even the best gamer and plenty of power for the number cruncher.

I love this computer! It does have problems starting up

Not good for gaming, why build a new Star Wars themed laptop but it can't run the new Star Wars PC game except in basic settings???Machine is good for students, business software and basic multimedia. Look elsewhere if you want high performance gaming.

This particular product I purchased from Bestbuy has an issue with its operating system from the moment I opened the box. Like usual the customer service at Bestbuy was nothing but extraordinary. They stepped to the plate, got my return taken care of, painfree, mind you and showed me my next purchase the I'm still pleasantly happy with still to this day. ...

I had bought it at the time because I was told it was a good laptop for gaming, however it has a terrible processor and is also very slow at times. It has a decent storage capacity but that's about it.

This computer locks up at random times like auseless trout. Not sure wtf is going on, but this computer is NOT what you want for a gaming computer.
