I was introduced to this massage gun by a team trainer at Northville HS and absolutely love it. Helps my hip and left leg muscles that are constantly tight because of a person disability.

It did relieve the muscle pain. The multiple heads help to relax different part of the body and the APP give good guidance. It is portable for traveling even without a case.

A gift for Christmas for my wife who was complaing about her legs and she said she liked the massage especially when the grandaughter wants to help her by holding it to make grammy feel better.

I frequently am required to do odd movements due to my job that are strenuous and can cause muscles to tense up. This has been a perfect companion to keep me loose and limber after a busy day.

Packs a punch, many head options to target specific areas. Be wise and research proper massage techniques and know your injury. The settings are heavy so you can hurt yourself if used wrong. Great professional massage gun.

So far so good . Only has used for 1 week following App sessions. Only has used slow 1 speed setting as it is pretty strong. I only wished the handle would have been the triangle shape as in some of the body parts such as my back, it is quite hard to reach over my neck to get back shoulder. The triangle shaped handle on other model may be easier

I like it but it could use a more gentle setting.
