Can’t imagine running long distances without them. Helps my recovery significantly.

The legs come in different sizes (see hyperice site). Best Buy only carries medium. If you need small or large, best to get direct.

I work with and train professional athletes. This has been a game changer. I didn't know if this was all hype or not, but I use it almost daily. I feel refreshed every day whether before running, lifting, or sparring. Will need to look into the shoulder system next!

This is a good purchase for someone who is interested in compression and decompression massages. I eneded up returning brcause i was not happy about the lack of features. If this had a cooling and heating feature then this would have been worth the money

I'm a runner, and of course I've seen these things everywhere. So i bought them as in investment in my long term running and health. So far so good.. I've enjoyed the post run routine of coming back, stretching and then getting into these. My only slight annoyance (if that) is that the connection cable to each leg and to the console is stiff and can get in the way if I'm wanting to read or study while using it.

These boots are awesome! I just want to wear them all day long. My legs feel totally rejuvenated. Great for before and after a workout. I'm a chef who is often on my feet for 12+ hours a day. This is a great device for anyone who finds themselves standing in one position for an extended period of time. Absolutely worth the money.

Amazingly easy to set up. The material is very sturdy and the amount of pressure put the motor is able to provide is perfect for getting a great leg massage. Note: This is the first day of use and yet the way I feel after the first use confirms my belief in buying them.
