Great recovery for my daughter who plays soccer. She uses them at least 4 days a week.

I ended up returning the product because, while moderately effective, I didn’t feel it made a big difference on performance. Also, using the boots and the pressure would cause pinch points. Certain areas provided good relief while other areas were uncomfortable (I understand it’s like that with actual massages). The value is having this available vs always paying for a massage. The downside is it’s only lower body and the upper body additions are an extra cost and don’t do anything for the back.

Great for recovery after working out,especially for those post injury

It is easy to adjust the settings, and I appreciate the target zone feature. The standard length works for height of 5’7”.

Great product for recovery. Versatile with other attachments available. Long battery life. Only down side is that the leg sleeves are long and can push into your groin depending on your height.

Love these boots so much. I used them for 2 hours every day for a week after running a marathon and I felt brand new. The pressure level is amazing. Hard for people with shorter legs to feel like they’re getting their legs all the way down in the boots.

This product is a bit pricey, but we’ve really enjoyed using it. My only complaint is that the standard legs are still a bit too tall for people under 5'10". I’ve searched everywhere for shorter options, but they’re either sold out or not available. Overall, it’s an excellent tool for post-exercise relaxation.

This is actually the second set of these compression boots that I've ordered, as I gave these to my son last Christmas. My husband occasionally borrowed them on his visits there and seemed to enjoy the experience so much that I got him his own pair. Both fellows find them relaxing and good for sore muscles, particularly as they both spend a good deal of time working out each day.
