Poor connection and quality

Because of that the sound quality randomly drops hard and turns into muffled and sharp noise that hurts the ears. When the headphones are functioning properly though, it sounds great.

Based on the recommendation of one of your very knowledgeable associates, he directed me to some gaming headsets that plug directly into the audio port on my PC and I haven't had ONE complaint since I bought it. Thanks, Best Buy!

My son is able to wear it for hours with no complaints. The sound is amazing. You can hear everything around and behind you in the games as well as hear when people are talking to you in person. The detachable microphone is a definite plus as well.
