My some has gone through plenary of headsets but he says this is the most comfortable headset he’s had. Great sound quality and zero static

I bought two of these the other week, one for my husband and one for me. I love the audio- it was great and the fit felt nice. However, I had to return it because the microphone on both headsets caused an echo in the Xbox party. I attempted to troubleshoot, and learned that these headphones often do have that issue (at least for Xbox One). I even exchanged them for new ones in case mine were faulty but it didn’t help. My volume wasn’t even halfway. Tried multiple controllers. Nothing worked. A real shame because I loved the audio on these. They would make good headphones if using a separate mic.

Terrific sound, win 10 may need driver update but that’s a pc issue not headset, fits wonderfully (even over glasses), comfortable even an after several hours of wear. Would absolutely buy again

Sound quality is good. Haven't had any complaints about mic quality. Comfortable and doesn't fit too snug. The best headset I've ever bought. Very happy with it.

Very comfortable ear pads even for those wearing glasses. However, it is not breathable which makes it difficult to use for long periods of time. The headset itself is sturdy so there is no worry about it breaking. Mic runs quiet so definitely increase your input sensitivity. The sound from games and music has a low focus on the bass and emphasizes the higher notes. I would sometimes get small headaches from the high notes, but that was probably due to my volume. You should definitely buy this if it is on sale.

I have about four gamers lives in my home and it’s very satisfying when they are all happy because of one headset lol 

I like them, very comfortable and they have good sound quality for the price. I only wish they had a mic that relayed into my own ears when I speak so I have an idea of how loud I'm talking.

Love them!! The are durable and worth the money, plus they are not that expensive compare to other brands.

Grandson wanted this item. Said it is great for his gaming. Went home and used it right away. He is very happy with it

Good headset for the price. Would buy again. my second time getting this headset.

The sound and mic is reallly good. It’s everything I want in a headset however the only thing this keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact is hurts the ears a tad. Maybe that’s me though.

Good quality and sturdy and is worth the money....

I needed an USB 2.0 A to B Cable. An employee got it for me and then checked with a computer person to make sure it was correct. The guy was from a different department but was helping out. He was very nice and friendly. Thank you.

Needed a comfier pair of headphones because I guess my right ear got bigger and was rubbing against the wall of my Artic 7 till my skin was getting raw and I can say they are much comfortable and don’t rub up again my ear. Giving a 4 because mic could pick up better. Have to have the mic right up to my lips for discord to pick up audio and it’s not a lot even at that point. Other than that very much worth it especially at the Black Friday/cyber Monday price got them for half off

I like the quality and the fact that it has perfect ear cushion.

Comfy. Good sound. Good mic. Bought them to fill in while my other headset is getting RMA'ed. I will use these even after my wireless set comes back.

I always buy hyperx, and I’ve never had this problem before but this one is a complete dud. I can barely hear anything out of it and the microphone never works. It’s basically useless and doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to do. I don’t know that I’ve ever bought one exactly like this so maybe buy one of the other hyper X products. I bought several of those and never had a problem. Now for the second part of this review, Best Buy totally screwed me over on this because they only gave me 17 days to return this. We weren’t using it very much so we didn’t know until the 30th day that it didn’t work. It was intermittently working and it just takes a while to figure out that it’s just never gonna work right. We had to test it on several different controllers, for example. They did not give us time to do all that and now I have to see if I can get factory warranty on it because Best Buy didn’t even give me 30 days. They’ve always given me at least 30 days so I didn’t know that was gonna happen. I didn’t know. I only had a couple of weeks to test this out. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know when they change that or if it’s only directed towards certain products but be careful. They don’t want to take responsibility for anything. I shop here all the time and I’m very disappointed.

My Son had a cheaper version but the headband and ear pieces were wearing out of course they were not still under warranty. So far he seems to like these better than the old ones
