My roommate was using a built in microphone on his laptop for voice chats and it was hard to hear him talk and there was lots of echo when it did work. Once I got him the headset as an early Christmas present, his audio quality on voice chats has been perfect.

I love this headset. I had a HyperX headset in the past and decided to go back to the brand. Thea ear cups are soft and comfortable and the head band doesn’t give me a headache. I especially like the metal frame; it feels sturdy and looks great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the usb connector with the 7.1 surround sound and volume and mic controls doesn’t work with the XBox Series S, even though it’s listed in the description. I bought a Turtle Beach adapter for my controller and that works perfectly. I didn’t return the headset, because I also occasionally game on my laptop and the usb connection works great. I definitely recommend this headset.

Can't beat it for the price, much better than turtle Beach or the like.

Truly the best headphones I’ve ever had. I went to Best Buy looking for different headphones but the guy helping me told me he owned these for a while and that they are amazing. Took his word for it and glad I did. Also when I was leaving the security guard told me these were the best!!!! Super happy with the buy!!!!!

They literally feel like a cloud on my head, and noise canceling!

Sound quality is just outstanding, for games, at least. Music and Movies will be much better enjoyed on other sets made for that. However, the quality of sound when it comes FPS games and the accuracy is amazing. I play my FPS in Stereo mode, as surround isn't really that great, and makes it a bit more confusing to locate where shots are coming from.

For the price paid, I expected great sound that really brought a lot of atmosphere to the games I enjoy - these absolutely delivered. I was also hoping for a good quality microphone so I wouldn't need a separate mic when streaming - this headset doesn't provide that. The mic is, at best, average quality with little depth or warmth to the sound. It's just fine for Skype or in-game communication, but it's not going to be a one-stop solution for streamers/podcasters.

The fit is comfortable and the sound is great. Also a great price!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my nephew on a black friday sale. He's into gaming and has been very happy with the sound and quality. Great buy
