So far one of the best headphones I had purchased with a real good price value and that performs really good.

I have to say good job Hyper X. I purchased the headset new at 66.00. The audio and mic are fantastic. The 53mm drivers really make a difference. The headset gets very loud and has great bass. The headset comes with pleather ear cups and an extra set of foam ear cups. I switched to the foam gor both comfort and cooling.

This product is really good and works great. My son loved it.

These connect my grandson to his friends playing Fortnite. I was dusappounted because one if the reasons we bought them was to be able to control the sound level. We told the clerk we had an xbox but the volume control only works when usung it with a computer.

I read a majority of the reviews on here and decided to buy it. This headset is the best headset I ever purchased. No regrets. I love how it includes replacement ear cups (different material).

The hyperx headset offers a lot in terms of features, included accessories and quality sound considering the price point. However, for me, I found the headset a bit on the small size. Even fully extended, I found the headset a bit tight.

Like the option of using 3.5mm jack or USB. Detachable microphone is also quite helpful for just listening to music. Sound quality is good, and the comfort of the headse far exceeds that of other brands I have tried.

I love these headphones. I bought one set for my wife, which an employee recommended to me for gaming. She uses them for everything. So, I bought me a set, and they have been great. They are built very well.

This is my third HyperX Cloud II Pros which I just got on August 2020. They've always lasted ~2 years, not 6-7 months. The sound and mic audio is excellent for the price but the issue with these headsets is that the mics always die, especially if you adjust your microphone often. Mic replacements don't work and I end up having to buy a whole new headset. My audio still works fine but now the mic won't pick up anything. I was even extra careful handling these knowing the mics are delicate. I'm so disappointed as I think these are the best headsets for its price point compared to competitors and I must have gotten a defective one.

Best bang for the buck! I got these for $90 and i couldnt be happier. I had a pair of Turtle Beaches that were double in price but couldnt even compete. 2 thimbs up

Loved the headphones for the price. Had for about three months, the aux cord broke off in the Xbox controller and can’t find anyone to repair it. Really wish they made a detachable aux cord on these headphones

Over the past 2 years, my son has been thru probably 6 different pairs of headphones. So far the Hyper X Cloud 2s are holding there own but time will tell. As far as Best Buy goes, There employees are Top Notch as always.
