Unfortunately it was plugged in when a dog ran through and ripped off the plug. BB took care of it with the warranty and he is happy with his replacement.

HyperX Cloud Ii Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mostly positive reviews on PCWorld and so I made the switch... however, this headset fell short of what I am used to. I normally rock the Astro A50 [Gen 1] headset for about 3 years now and was due for a new headset because I have to jump through hoops to keep them working. (I take care of my stuff, I just game a lot! About 6-8 hours a day on average.) Even with the hoops that I have to jump through to keep my Astro A50's working they still are far above in sound quality than this headset. Sounds coming out of the headset are not equalized correctly. First it was one sound effect... then two... and so on when it came to what I describe the sounds are muffled on the HyperX compared to what I am used to. They are a very comfy headset. Really comfortable. I was really really trying to like the HyperX for the price. But compromising sound quality for comfort and price is a no go for me. I took them back within 2 days. I am saving up so that I can buy the Astro A50's again.
