Not good!

The sound quality was ok at best and the way that the device is made there is no way to just replace the actual audio cable running to the headset! Instead once the wire goes bad and has a short in it then these are useless, which by the way happened like the 2nd week I owned these things so I took this junk back and won’t be getting again!

Cheap plastic parts break easily with normal use

Product quality has gone down hill over the years for this company. I'd like to think a headset should last more than 4 months.

Microphone Not good

the headphones came damaged

The box was bent and out of shape, and when i put these headphones on, one of the cushions were missing. Also, the audio quality was horrid, and the 7.1 surround sound was no different. Overall, this product was not worth the price, and buying cheap $15 headphones would work a lot better.

Broke Almost immediately

To fix this I have to unplug it and leave it unplugged for about 30 minutes. This happened frequently to the point where I could no longer use the headset. Definitely do not buy, its a faulty product and no fix is available online.

Bad Mic after 60 days.

Problems started with excessive noise to recipients from this microphone. Tried to replace the microphone with an after market replacement to no avail.

Good for PS4 and Pc not xbox
