Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Cloud II Wired Gaming Headset. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms and the detachable microphone. However, some users mention the headset's relatively short cable and lack of inline volume controls as drawbacks. A few also noted that the fit might be snug for some users, and that the bass could be improved.

They worked amazing for about 2 months, till the plug that goes into my Xbox One controller, snapped off. I am not rough on my things, I am always careful, so it really frustrated me when it happened. I hope I just purchased a lemon!

It connects audio to the Nintendo Switch however the microphone doesn’t work. I had to buy another part for it to work.

ITs decent. Better than my older corsair headset but its ok. It does use a usb/combo jack so dont expect great mic quality from this.

Later a year with moderate gaming. Headphones started cutting out on multiple differt controlers after 6 months and are now completely unusable a year later.

Would love to rate this higher as it was a decent headset for the month I had it but it has suddenly stopped functioning and is no longer able to be used. No idea what happened, I turned my PC on, sat down, audio and mic completely non functional. I had just used it the night before!

Headset works great, should mention on the box that you need the remote adapter to adjust anything on the headset .

Worked okay at first, but has completely stopped working on my Xbox one x. Won't pick up or play audio. It works with the USB attachment on my PC well enough still but trying to use it on anything with the 10mm just plain doesn't work anymore. Expected a lot longer lifespan from a product for the price. Pretty disappointed.

I've been using a pair of Turtle Beach Earforce Seven for the longest time. It was always a hassle because the muffs were super big on me and I wear glasses. The extra muff would press the arms against my head and I couldn't wear both my glases and those headphones. With the Cloud 2 that is no longer a problem. They're small enough that there's no extra to press against my head. Next are the cups. Mine came with the leather cups already on which made me wary at first as that's what my Turtle Beach has. Pleasently surprised when I put them that again, there was no pressing and the leather didn't immediately make my skin start to sweat. I played a few hours with the leather cups on and when I finally switched to the cloth ones there wasn't much sweat and oil to see as there would have been with my Turtle Beach. The cloth cups worked just as well and I honestly prefer them. Between the two the leather seems to be more noise cancelling than the cloth as my friend said I was shouting a lot when I had the leather cups on. The weight of these headphones is fantastic as well. I played for well over five hours with them on and barely noticed them. That length of time I would of had to switch to earbuds if I was using my Turtle Beach ones. And even using earbuds for that length of time would have gotten irritating too. So defiantely a plus on how long you can wear them without really noticing them. I haven't been able to test out the 7.1 capabilities of the Cloud 2 yet as I've just been playing on my Xbox but based on what I've seen already I have high hopes. Overall great pair of headphones though and I would definately recommend to a friend. Not only because of the performance but because of the price for said performance. Hyper X has made a supber set in my opinion and I look forward to what they give us next.

This item is getting a one star, because I know nothing about it. It is a Christmas gift for my son. So until he gets it and is able to use it I can’t really rate it.

    Awesome Headset

Hands down the best headset I have ever personally owned! What is there to not like about this headset, I cannot honestly think of anything. Okay wait, one little peeve. The cord is a bit short, I mean the one that has the 1.5 plug, the USB adapter cord is plenty long. It's comfortable, blocks out the vast majority of background noise, has a sturdy aluminum frame and did I mention sounds absolutely fantastic.
