Customers are saying
Customers often highlight the superb sound quality and comfortable design of the Cloud II Wired Gaming Headset. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms and the detachable microphone. However, some users mention the headset's relatively short cable and lack of inline volume controls as drawbacks. A few also noted that the fit might be snug for some users, and that the bass could be improved.

If I could give it zero stars I would
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound card is horrid. Ran into many problems trying to get the firmware updated with no luck. My mic was so quite nobody could hear me and I couldn't adjust the mic volume in any way. Talked with their customer service and they were less then helpful. Decided on returning them to buy a set of Astros. Don't waste your money on this garbage. Don't expect any miracles from their customer support either.

Poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After only using the headset a few times the audio crackles. Frequently has connection issues with the wired version. Too many issues for the price.

Do not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is of extremely poor quality. Nothing about it is sturdy and the materials feel very cheap. The sound quality is not very good and the microphone picks up small noises like the cord rubbing on stuff and people talking in the background but it sometimes won’t pick up someone talking directly into it. The only good thing I can say about it is that it works. Overall I would say this headset feels more like something in the 20-30 dollar range and not $100.

Posted .Hi, Bone! We're sorry to hear about your experience. What gaming device/platform were you primarily used with the Cloud II? What game titles were you playing? Is the audio quality issue occurring during gameplay? How do you compare the microphone quality with in-game communications or 3rd party applications? Please send us more details about your setup on our social feeds. Let's chat!

Windows 11 PC Mic did not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible! bought these for my windows 11 desktop pc and the mic doesn't work. Had these on my old windows 10 pc i'm guessing it's not compatible with windows 11 or Kingston is just to lazy to roll out a driver update that adds compatibility to windows 11 lol
